We felt very much at home during our entire stay (25-31.01.2025) at the Taj Deccan Hyderabad. The hotel staff knew how to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed with their friendly, professional and personalized service. This applies to all levels of the hotel, e.g. reception, concierge, restaurant, kitchen, room cleaning, pool, bar, etc. It was extremely impressive for us to personally experience the positivity, friendliness, openess and ease with which the staff managed to fulfill our every wish. We were particularly impressed by the individual, friendly and accommodating service provided by the restaurant staff and cooks to fulfill our special wishes regarding food. In addition, we would like to particularly highlight the friendly, extremely professional and patient support of concierge) in organizing some personal things without sparing any time, effort and energy. Overall, the Taj Deccan Hyderabad really made us feel very comfortable and at at home every moment of our stay.

Everything was perfect!

The property is very good. Despite renovations going on, there is almost zero to minimal disturbance around. Staff are very helpful, courteous and very polite. Amazing breakfast. The rooms are quite well renovated and swimming pool/steam room etc. are very nicely maintained. The restaurant/bar area is quite nice and serves good food. To name a few staff interactions - Srinu, Durga, Vishal - awesome people, friendly and helpful. Despite limited choices in the bar food menu, Taj goes a step forward in assisting its guests - the chef prepares what you ask for and how you want it, at least in my case. Just a 5min walk to the GVK Mall, in case you need to go for a quick shop. The spacious business room had a very good sized desk and comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Overall, a very good experience. Will definitely go there again next time in Hyderabad.

None. An absolute gem of a place. Just perfect for work, family, leisure stays. Nothing wrong with the place at all.

I was staying at this property for the first time. They gave me a early check in once I showed up, considered the fact that I took an early morning flight so would be tired before heading to my business meetings. They also upgraded me to the new, renovated rooms as per my request. The staff was very sweet and made me feel comfortable.

The online booking site mentioned cost of breakfast (pay at property) at Rs.799 but the property charged me Rs.1100 and had no recollection of the online site payment. Plus, the cost of in-room dining for simple food items like soup is also too high.

My favorite part..Breakfast, as usual was great. The room was recently refurbished and with the exception of one thing, which I will mention in the didn’t like column, it was very good. Loved the stand up shower.

Let’s talk about the toilet part a bit. No issues about the cleanliness, but the new commode was problematic. The bowl is really shallow, and not boasting about myself, I hated the part where my privates would touch the bowl. I hope you are getting my point. The new design is simply not practical for guys.

The hotel upgraded my room on arrival. The room was very spacious, hygienic and very well lit. Beautiful view to the lawn. Very comfortable bed and spotless white bed linen. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless clean ! Extremely well maintained toiletries stock. Breakfast had a beautiful spread to satisfy every kind of palate ! The location is perfect ! The staff were extremely welcoming, warm and hospitable.

All the departments were continuously on their toes and were working to go out of their way to make the stay an unforgettable experience. Hats off to Team Taj. My highest compliments to the entire team !!?

The Staff at the Taj Deccan were excellent, especially at the restaurant. The hospitality extended to us was very personal and full of warmth and gratitude. Breakfast was very good with a mix of variety of cuisines catering to variety of customers - international and national. The room was slightly dated but spic and span. The Hotel is undergoing renovation and it is expected that the decor of the room would be upgraded. Other than that, beds and pillows were comfortable for a good sleep. Spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the Hotel is undergoing a renovation and the noise during the day can become unbearable at times. Only reason for not giving it a 10/10. Otherwise no complaints.

Sometimes felt had to give a tip all the time which was not a nice feeling. Dinner buffet okay but not brilliant. All cakes, yogurt and other foods are a bit too sweet for a UK person.

The hotel is amazing as usual. I use Taj hotels regularly and this one is just as good as the others. Brilliant rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are polite and courteous. And Taj is the best not just in location but hosting. Thank you.

The water quality and the lack of cleanliness in the Swimming pool and women’s swimming changing area which require up keeping and cleaning. Please fix the things I listed out to the pool manager - Riaz who was on duty on 13 or 14 June.

- Hotel is nicely situated on Banjara Hills, a very central location within Hyderabad - The breakfast and dining options at in-house Arena restaurant was truly splendid and energizing. Options on the menu are diverse, covering both local Hyderabadi and international cuisine. Food is scrumptious, beautifully cooked with local flavors and aroma bursting in your mouth - Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and keeps attention to the smallest details of the guests

- Facilities at the hotel are very limited to gym, spa, small pool and the just one restaurant all operating at backdrop of some noisy renovation work. Due to the renovation, the atrium of the hotel is also not visible. Look forward to the next visit to have complete experience
