Near by food points, Clean and well maintained area. Staff has been very supportive & helpful all the way. They all ensured that my stay should be comfortable. Breakfast was serve with good quality and Hygiene preparation. It was a wonderful time for us.

Rooms could have been bigger in size.

Breakfast was good. Staff is good. Near by location was good. Very cooperative and helpfull staff. Overall my experience was good and worth of money.

Breakfast menu changed every day. Very good vegetarian dishes and tasted very good. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Ordered food from next door takeout for room service. Their food was reasonably priced and quite tasty. No complaints at all. Recommend the hotel strongly. However, I am dissatisfied with Booking.com service. They recorded my email wrong and did not refund my money for a cancelled reservation until I complained to my CC bank. They erase your cancellations so you cannot find the required information to pursue refund. Also, the hotel charges the full amount ahead of your arrival even though they are supposed to not do that. Getting back your money after cancellation is tedious and requires many attempts. This is what I didn’t like. Worse is thatBooking.co does not take any responsibility for its partners actions. I will not use Booking.com anymore. Best to use only US located companies. Booking.com is located in Europe.

Hotels charging full amount immediately even weeks ahead and cannot modify stay durations. Getting the refunds is almost impossible or at least tedious. Hotels should clearly state that they will charge full amount at reservation time and refunds will take two to three weeks or may not even happen unless repeated attempts are made.

Relaxing Ambience, Hygiene is maintained well Rooms were much spacious. The staff, they have dinning area in 6 floor with beautiful view from the windows. Overall very good experience.

Highly recommend pleasant stay location is center of city Malls & Hospitals all are walkable distance. We stayed in deluxe room linen was neat & clean satff was helpful & polite.

Excellent Facilities, Location and Staff was Courteous. Room was perfect with all the necessary furniture, Bathroom was super clean. We have a very comfortable stay.

Before hand I have to say that I'm from Argentina. The hotel is great, the staff excellent, the rooms comfortable with A/C, shower, hot water and very clean. The breakfast not so good for us but I think is great for Indians.

I didn't like that booking promote the hotel as "non prepayment needed - pay at the property" and this is fake. If you don't pay the hotel cancels your booking and it was very difficult to pay with international credit cards.
