The rooms are excellent and service is too good. Mr Baskar is very humble and comes and ask what you want and make sure it's done. The location is great and good car parking. The rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast varieties are good and lots of options. Keep up the good work.

The improvement required is if the rooms are occupied by 3 people need to provide one extra access card to get into the lift. The cafeteria space can be extended little bigger. Sometimes the housekeeping intercom is not reachable.

Check in time flexibility. 2pm is too late. Despite putting a request at the time of booking , it could not be done . We can understand if the hotel was totally full, but it didn’t look like that.

Bed was really hard Air-con was not controllable by degrees. It is either on or off Booking.com advertised this hotel with a pool. It does not have one. I would not have chosen this hotel knowing that.

The room was spacious, breakfast was very good. The location was amazing, close to a lot of nice cafes and eateries.

The bathroom looked a bit old and was on the smaller side.

Great central location in Banjara Hills. Staff very helpful, particularly House keeping staff are very prompt and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay at a good area in the Hyderabad. Only concern is distance from airport. But as i have traveled for work, location was convenient for the purpose.

Food, taste have to be improved more.

Everything about the place was good, but its location vis-a-vis the places we wanted to visit was paramount. The breakfast is great! People were very friendly and helpful throughout.
