Location, cleanliness, staff. Quick water bottle delivery to room.

Breakfast was sub par. Idli was ok, chutneys with it were spicy and unsalted. Sambhar was passable. Chole had meat overtones, even though it said Vegetarian, maybe some one used a serving spoon used for. meat dish to get cholle(garbanzo curry). Cold sandwiches seemed ok, didnt taste. Tea varieties sub par. Fresh fruit was banana and pieapple. Papaya is preferred choiuce of breakfast fruit by most Indians. Please add it. Would hesitate coming again because of sub par breakfast. Or give us an option to take any one meal from the hotel : Breakfast , lunch or dinner. I dont eat breakfast but did because it was offered, substitutin it for dinner previous day would have helped.

The location. Helpful staff on the Reception desk. The location is excellent. Breakfast was reasonably good and variety of items to cater every taste.

The size of room is quite tiny. Bath and Toilet very tiny. No closet to hang clothes. Although double occupancy THEY DID NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE TOWEL, Despite reminder both to Room cleaners and Reception Desk. The Hotwater temperature was not hot enough for the Winter.

Well appointed, well laid out room and washroom where everything works as it should. Room functionality is more important than room size for business travelers.

1) Tiny hotel signboard on the road which is easy to miss, even with Google maps. Pl have a proper signboard. 2) None of the important details like my company name, my company's GST no. were communicated by booking.com to the hotel. So what's the point of filling up all these details during the booking process if the hotel asks the guest to fill this all over again, that too after checking with the reception whether they know that the invoice has to be with company details (they assume default that it is a personal booking)??? This is an easy fix, isn't it?

Staff and the service was quite good, anything needed was done by the staff without any hassle. Breakfast included with the stay was also very good with almost every option available for breakfast to eat.

Shower and W.C are kept different as in they are not attached in one single bathroom which is good and bad, it is good because if someone is using shower the WC is not occupied for others to use but the main problem was both Wand shower had frosted glass door which still fine but shower area didn't had a latch to lock door from inside, so you just close the door you cannot lock it. So in terms of room design they should have made a proper sized bathroom with a single proper door.

Amazing transit friendly location, next to a Super market and less than 5 mins walk to the nearest Metro 🚇 stop. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always welcoming with a smile on their face. My entire process from check in to check out and post check out luggage storage was as seamless as it could possibly be..!! The entire front desk team was very helpful, especially Kartik who extremely adjusting to my early arrival and even provided me with a temporary room till my room was getting ready. He is super efficient and on too if things…!! The Breakfast spread every morning is diverse, healthy, filling and served for a long enough time to let you fuel up for the day ahead..!!! The Kitchen team is just as efficient as The Front desk and any request was attended within 5 mins. Amongst the Kitchen team, Abhi was really helpful in providing me with tips to best explore the city within the short time I had and was up with innovative ideas and always checking if my stay was proceeding well..!! The collective effort of the team to ensure their guests have a memorable stay shows that everyone at the property really like hospitality and are NOt working there just as a job…!!! The fitness facility is decent enough to keep your shape while travelling.. ( we all know how Hard that is..!! 😅) Well done Kartik, Abhi and everyone else I didn’t interact face to face but was equally supportive behind the scenes.🙂👍🏻 I definitely recommend this property especially if you have a short to medium length stay in Hyderabad. and look forward to a stay here if / when I am in this city again..!! although it’s a new building, sections of the room have disfiguring / stains.. but NO mould or health issue. Over all the property is well maintained and temperature control is even / consistent throughout..!!

Superb breakfast spread. Excellent location. Clean fresh bed rolls

Didnot like the roti quality in dinner. It was hard to year. Suggest to keep whole wheat Roti. Observed shortage also. Buffet dinner could have slightly better and adequate spread.

It’s breakfast they should add more variety I have visited many times this hotel and every time I complain abt breakfast but no improvement at least they should provide warm omelettes instead of keeping cold no salt tasteless omelettes

Some morning breakfast was cold and not warm or hot. Other wise not bad. The location was questionable. Like most places in India poor pavements or lack off for venturing out. Mall is nearby to visit and shop.

Immediate surroundings.

The hotel is fully compliant with the expectations from an international chain. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, breakfast includes the continental non-spicy options, wifi works well.

As commonly for the hotels, internal soundproofing is not good. And I would like to see a bit more awareness of the hotel staff about typical "travel tips", e.g. money exchange points.

Food was great, everything was clean and staff were super helpful.

The wash basin facing the bed was a bit annoying....not a good vibe. Location was very very trafficky. Lobby was rather crowded in the mornings....no place to wait, if you had to wait for your car, etc.
