The hotel is perfectly located in Deauville, just 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance of the city center. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, and attentive – creating a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. Meeting Sultan, the friendly hotel dog, added a special touch and made us feel even more at home. Our room was lovely, equipped with portable air conditioning to handle the summer heat, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the peaceful patio area. Everything came together to make it feel like a true home away from home.

The bath was a bit outdated rather than this it was really nice

Fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. Spontaneously booked, and everything was smooth and welcoming. Friendly, familiar atmosphere with helpful WhatsApp contact. Garden apartments are great (even) for limited mobility (just two steps in the entrance). Free parking a few steps away from the hotel, 10-minute walk to the beach – perfect for long walks. Lovely Normandy-style houses, comfortable beds, and a varied breakfast in a cosy atmosphere. We especially loved the pineapple jam – took some home! We’d happily come back.

The bathroom was a bit dark and could use a little refresh, but that’s really just nitpicking. :)

The personnel is fantastic. Very welcoming and willing to help us by providing us with every detail for our trip, including food, activities, excursions, general information on the city and surroundings. Indeed the best part of this quaint hotel, were its people !

I would propose a bit more attention to detail with regards to renovation. For example in our room number 106, the ceiling and the floor were not straight. Our bed, from the toes to the head, was bending downwards. The bathroom door was not closing in full, so privacy was not 100%. I believe some small renovation would make a bid difference to this beautiful, quaint hotel

Moira and Henry plus Sultan were excellent hosts whom provided advice on where to eat, visit and venues to attend in the area. The room and lobby area were excellent and clean. The venue provided breakfast as an option and it was close to all the tourist attractions in the area. A pastry store in next door and parking was free across the street at the church. Unit was quiet and also provided an outdoor patio area for guests to enjoy and have a drink if they wished. Coffee was complimentary. Will definitely return if back through this area. Highly recommend this location to tourists travelling in the area. Price was very good value for your money.

Very comfortable accommodations, friendly and courteous staff, with an excellent breakfast. Our host, Henry made sure we had fresh chocolate croissants every morning from the bakery next door when we came down for breakfast. The location was ideal for the many places we visited in Normandy, France. Deauville is a charming town with lots of upscale shopping and many wonderful restaurants all within easy walking distance.

We had no real complaints about the property or the services. There was ample, free parking available if you were willing to walk a couple of blocks. Perhaps some folks with difficulty walking could find this inconvenient but we did not mind it at all, since most of the walk was through a small, quiet local park.

The communication with the hotel staff was stupendous. Multiple exchanges from the morning before check in right up until out arrival to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The hotel was quaint and a genuinely lovely place for a short break in Deaville.

There is a fan in the room but not A/C so bear this in mind when visiting Deaville in the summer. It usually doen't get very hot but with climate change it is something to bear in mind.

A Cosy boutique resort with 12 rooms built around a sunny courtyard, Hotel Le Patio Deauville makes the perfect base from which to explore Deauville. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and always available in person or by what’s app to advise on places to see and restaurants to checkout. There is a complimentary espresso and Tea bar open 24 hours at The breakfast room and an excellent continental breakfast available on request

The staff were so helpful and kind. The rooms were smallish, but comfortable with a large bathroom. We had a patio room, so we could sit outside with our tea. The location was in 10 minutes walking distance to everything. There was free parking at a church about 5 minutes walking away. The breakfast was continental, but there is a bakery next door.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. His dog greets you at reception and the stay at the hotel feels like a cosy homely environment. Great breakfast service. I stayed in a small bungalow style room in the court yard. The room is comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed and decent sized room.

It is a great hotel, however the bathroom could benefit from a shower screen instead of a curtain as the water went everywhere.

The hotel was very central. The rooms were newly and very warmly decorated. It felt like home, very cosy and warm. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I love their mascot, the golden retriever Sultan.

Small minor point...As the weather was cold and a bit wet during our stay, we wanted to watch some TV, but like most places in France, only French channels were available.
