Cannot fault the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, a real pleasure to be looked after by such people. Everyone of the staff from owners through to the domestics were wonderful. The location next to a 'private' beach was fantastic, the pool was great (one of the few pools in the area). Breakfast was lovely with a mixture of international and Greek offerings, nothing was too much trouble. My children and I had a memorable stay and we would love to return one day. No negatives whatsoever, but be advised that 'Mountain/Garden' view rooms normally mean traffic/road noise, although not too bothersome, for light sleepers there will always be some noise during the night, I wear earplugs so no problem.

Lido Hotel is a cozy first line hotel with a direct access to the beach. The water is excellent: clear & turquoise, we were lucky to watch some amazing sunsets and sunrises. The hotel has a restaurant, you can buy some nice souvenirs (olive oil & local wine), you can also use sups for free. Hotel manages Lido Blue Boat rental, we had a great experience renting a non license boat for a day.

I spotted a few times people seemingly not belonging to the hotel staying on premises and using facilities (swimming pool, beach sun beds). This led to the situation when there were not enough sun beds one day during our stay.

The hotel is right on the beach, the pictures were accurate. Meets any expectations that you would have for a 3 stars Hotel. The restaurant is really good and the roof bar can offer quite unique moments. Most of the room has a side view of the sea, so it's quite enjoyable to stay on the balcony.

The only downside that I can identify is that I could not pay for the breakfast directly at the time of reservation. It has to be payed on site, but it was OK.

Pool & beach, the location of the hotel was great. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. There are free paddleboards that keeps the kids entertained. Right on the beach so kids had pool and sea to play in. Loved so many things about this hotel. Lovely start to our holidays.

The only bad point was that the breakfast price should be half price for kids. It was €15 per person, which is completely worth it for adults, but my younger child only ate a small bowl of cereal so breakfast became pretty expensive.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is fantastic, situated right on the seashore, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. They were incredibly helpful and always polite, making sure that all our needs were met. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and warm hospitality stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and top-notch service. It’s a great choice for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Everything was great. Wi fi is lost sometimes, but it is really nothing

Beautiful family owned restort in the area where the locals go to relax! Very affordable, amazing food and service! Room was clean and simple, very comfortable. Cannot say enough about the food and service, they were very friendly, quick to help with anything, and very professional. They offer boat tours through the hotel, amazing value for the price and they even altared their normal itinerary to help us get to a site we wanted to see.

They have limited parking spaces so that was a challenge but we never didn't have a place to park, it was just interesting a couple of times.

A lovely family run hotel in a beautiful setting. The pool was great with comfy beach chairs, direct access onto a small beach with calm water and a stunning view of mountains across the bay. The staff were so kind and helpful. We stopped here for one night on the drive from Athens to lefkada and it couldn’t have been a better stopover! We didn’t do anything in the local area

The location is amazing, the atmosphere in the hotel is great, and the staff was extremely helpful and helped us with everything we needed. The food and drinks were very good! Coffee is served at the pool for free during the day, the beach next to the hotel is amazing, and the hotel also provides SAP for free usage. The pool is very fun and the hotel also provides free parking.

Our room was old and not renovated and the rest of the group did receive a renovated room, the difference between the rooms is significant. Our air conditioner had a bit of a dusty smell, the hot water did not work on the first day (the staff fixed it very shortly though), and the room wasn't been cleaned on the second day.

We loved the beach front location and the swimming pool. The free use of the paddleboards was especially great as the sea was beautifully clean and clear. All areas were kept clean and tidy and the staff were are very friendly and helpful. There was a shop and bakery within walking distance and it was easy to get the bus/taxi to Xylokastro.

The bed was a little harder than I liked and the pillows lumpy. The road could be a little bit noisy at times.

We only had coffee there in the morning as we were always on the go to tour. The beach was perfect , water was great was able to enjoy swimming, snorkelling and just relaxing. The gardens around hotel were very colourful and beautiful. The owner was very friendly , he would greet us everyday and even had a drink and chatted with us and when we were leaving on last day he made sure to come out to say good bye. We had supper at hotel sometimes and food was great more then what we normally eat at home. We took bus into Athens one day and bus stop was right out front. Got information from Hotel staff and owner on how to get to and from our destinations.

Caulking seals inside of showers needs to be done as water was leaking onto the floor in our room and another couple we were travelling with had the same problem.
