I loved that our room was really near the sea! Waking up to that view was so soecial. Staff is also exceptional, very polite and helpful! Also, everything is very clean and all gardens around are so well cared for! Beautiful trees and flowers all around.

The resort is well designed, the apartment is spacious and comfort for family of 4. It's bit outdated, but it's clean and comfortable. Our apartment area was quiet and peaceful with beautiful see-view from the balcony.

The pool capacity is not appropriate for the number of guests/rooms. It's difficult to find sun-bed by the pool. Also there is no beach practically as it's so small and not easy to access. No trees to provide natural shade by the pool/beach, only sunbed and umbrella. The pool area can be improved in many ways. The resort is 5-star, but the pool area is hardly that good. The restaurant and the buffet was not good at all, and definitely over-priced. Only few meals to choose from, and not tasty. I would say average-food for huge price. Also the restaurant is more a cantina than a restaurant. The stuff is also not very nice toward the guests. Some of the reception staff were very nice, but the others were so opposite of that.

A great off season find, few people at the resort. Lovely landscaping, modern very clean rooms and bath. Very friendly helpful staff, gave me an upgrade near the indoor pool. I had planned to use the jacuzzi but it was not working the day I was there unfortunately as it was one of the reasons I booked here. However, I was still very pleased to stay here. The breakfast was good, enough choices. very pleasant atmosphere, great views.

I had been told that there was a jacuzzi, but it was not working. The jacuzzi tub in the room was not working either but as it was very nice of them to upgrade me, I could hardly complain!

We were leaving the window open and our room for some reason wasn’t cleaned, just new towels were left outside. Was quite difficult to resolve a couple of questions in the evening at the reception, we had to come morning time for that, after breakfast (this is just a hint if you need something)))

Nice location (near the sea), a nice concept of the complex (nice to see), very nice pool/bar area, big rooms and beds, big balcony. Good breckfast.

Great facilities and location. Beautiful complex with much vegetation. Pool at sea level with beaches left and right is an awesome point.

The distances are quite long and steep and faraway from everything that matters if you stay in the upper side of the resort. We did not have thick curtains or blinds in our room so waking up at 6.00am every day...

We were very pleased to stay in the resort. The room given was very nice with a great comfortable king size bed aditional extra bed and couch with a great view to the sea. The installations are very well kept and nice to walk around. Breakfast was a super plus with all kind of selections. All the Staff was nice, helpful and friendly.

From the approach of the staff, especially the head chef of the main kitchen, who mistreated employees in front of the guests and treated us with contempt

1) Events for visiting group from agents around the pool were very noisy and disturbing 2) Not sure safety issues are properly considered during routine maintainance. An old tree almost fell on my wife as the hotel failed to isolate the work area from walking by. It was pure luck there was no fatal injury. 3) Hairdrier needs to be changed.
