Room was larger than expected, with a great view of Mount Iwate when the clouds allowed, with a bright bathroom and powerful shower. Check-in is at 14.00, an hour or two earlier than at most hotels in Japan, and the location is unbeatable: the hotel is attached to the train station and next to local buses. It's also connected to a shopping centre, with a bakery that opens fast 07.00, meaning you can nip down and bring a breakfast back up to the comfort of your room. Staff speak English and are professional and pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent - there were English translations on the food labels, there was a wide range of Japanese and Western food options, and there was a focus on showcasing dishes local to the area. The breakfast options changed daily and were of good quality. The room was comfortable, and featured additional beauty amenities for women. The women-only floor required an additional lock to enter, which made me feel very secure. The bathroom was a little larger than other business hotels. The location was excellent- right next to JR Morioka Station and connected to a shopping centre. Inside the room were some pamphlets with recommendations for local cafes and restaurants. These were very charming. Housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The free bottle of water every day was very appreciated.

The size of the room could be a bit larger to accommodate for luggage. Some staff at the front desk didn't seem comfortable speaking English, but they were very pleasant and I was able to do everything I needed to do.

We chose this hotel because it is next to Morioka station. When we arrived we realised it was actually adjoining which was a bonus. The hotel is very new and modern and exceptionally clean. We noticed that there was a section of rooms for female guests only with separate security access. Value for money given the location and facilities was fantastic.

Right next to Morioka Station, without need to exit. Friendly staff who assisted us to store our bags before the agreed check-in time, and moved them into our room. We were surprised to find that our rooms faced the train tracks and my train spotting son was thrilled!

Excellent location next to Morioka Station. The breakfast is also excellent; many of the ingredients are sourced locally from the Tohoku region. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

I didn't join the breakfast at this hotel. We skip breakfast as the rule of our intermittent fasting.

The location of this hotel is close to the train station and able to access the shopping area and restaurants. My favorite of stay is the provided pillows which have 2 kinds, hard and soft pillows. The soft one made me feel better from neckache.

Location was perfect. Literally right next to the station and the building was quite spacious. Staff was also very friendly. Overall, exceptional value for money.

Room had a bit of a funky smell. Also found tiny bits of hardened dirt on the bed sheets.

It’s directly connected with JR Morioka and Fesan shopping mall, extremely convenient, and the lobby is also connected with a convenience store. Staff are friendly and professional. They have a ladies-only section. Very clean and well-maintained.
