Easy 10 min walk to beach or market / promenade market area/ old town Very authentic older hotel with original features Very high quality fittings. Lovely balciny view. Shower amazing, there's even 2!! Room cleaning excellent. Parking well worth the 30 Euro for super safety. 1 minute access to rooms! Pool area lovely. The design of the 2 tier room was fabulous.

No English TV apart from sky news. Breakfast was nice but not 4 star, I am being picky, but the yoghuts were watery and a little short on cereal selection. The cooked items were also below expected, took a while to top up the scrambled egg. Probably would have been OK for a lower price, 20 Euro pushing it a little. Again would have used the lovely bar. But seemed a bit pricy. No tea or coffee making in the room There is no add socket or vanity mirror for the bedroom area.

Difficult to open gate to pool

We have stayed at this hotel 30 years ago on our honeymoon. Now we booked a room for our 30th year wedding anniversary and a great surprise was waiting for us at our room. The personel was helpful and very kind There is a privat and safe car park in the hotel and it costs 30 € for a night Breakfast was limited but was satisfactory for such a small size hotel. The hotel is very close to Cannes center, restaurants, shops and beach (5-10 min walk) But The hotel's location is 200m above the highway and train railway which is dividing Cannes into two parts. The hotel side of the road, the first 200 meters (if you walk to downtown) seems a little bit disturbing, especillay at late nights..

We had a room with the bed on the mezzanine level, meaning that we had a small living room downstairs and a lot of space to relax. Our room had doors which when opened had steps down that led directly to the pool which I loved! The bathroom had both a separate bath and shower and the location was good, just a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops and La Croisette. The hotel pool area was beautiful!

Good location close to Rue de Antibes and train station and nice garden and pool. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was typical French so quite limited (baquette, cheece, yogurt and some eggs), and some items were running out. The detergents smell in the hallways quite stongly, so not perfect match if you are sensitive to fragrances.

We were very comfortable at the Golden Tulip Cannes Hotel de Paris. Rooms were big, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the pool was a big plus. We didn’t feel unsafe at all and there’s a different route to go from the city to the hotel at night if you don’t want to go though the underpass (as mentioned in a different review).

It’s a bit noisy being so close to the main road.

The hotel gave me and apartment outside the hotel but super close by. Apartment was spacious, modern and had a balcony, washed and dryer and pool.

I wish the pool was heated and that cable was working in the apartment.

Pool needs to be cleaned and upgraded, car parking place is very tight and no enough place

Perfect location in the centre of Cannes We walked everywhere, 5 minutes from the Main Street, 7 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the port The hotel is super sweet, looks exactly like in the pictures, quiet and clean. The only thing that we didn’t like was the breakfast
