Something very minor, there was a constant metal smell from the bathrooms.

We stayed in a high-floor room with lounge access, which I strongly suggest. The views were incredible, and the executive lounge served a generous selection of drinks, snacks, and tapas throughout the day. We honestly didn’t even feel the need to visit restaurants much. The lounge was also peaceful and made the stay feel even more premium. Other highlights: -Rooms are modern, quiet, and well-designed -MALIN+GOETZ toiletries were a luxurious touch -The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious -We slept very well thanks to the calm atmosphere on our floor All in all, highly recommended, a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury on Lantau Island.

The Silveri is a highly recommended accommodation for Hong Kong Citygate / Ngong Ping. - Automatic toilet is great, feels like I'm in Japan. This is a luxury feature in Hong Kong. - Key card to allow the room to be powered is already provided/attached, so we didn't have to insert a key card when we're in the room. - The room was so clean and the view is so nice all throughout the day/night. - The size of the room is okay and enough for a couple in their honeymoon. - The room/wall/window is sound-proof. - The surprise cake for our honeymoon is a great addition to our booking. (but a comment below) - The place is exactly what is shown in the photos. - The location is great, quiet, and free airport shuttle service is available to/from the airport every hour. - Super friendly staff. - Nespresso pods are provided daily. - Separated shower and toilet is a great layout for more efficient use of the space for couples living together. - Couch for a couple to sit and relax is greatly helpful. - Modern style of the room is appreciated by us. - Multiple places/switches to control lighting of the room is also a great addition.

Just nitpicking to provide a well balanced review, but definitely NOT a deal breaker to book again in The Silveri: - No filtered water faucet/device is provided, only two 330ml were provided daily. You need to ask the reception for more drinking water. - Reception didn't ask for a convenient time or advance notice, to give/surprise us with the cake (for honeymoon), so it arrived at a time that wasn't convenient for us. - "Do not disturb" sign must be placed at the door every time, since during our first night, around 8:30PM, a staff was knocking at the door, asking if we want our room to be cleaned.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, so well-appointed next to the shopping outlet. Breakfast is delicious, and the food otherwise is very nice although it is rather highly priced. The rooms are beautiful with lovely bathroom products. Staff on the whole were delightful, friendly and ready to have a chat. we would definitely book again.

Further to my comments above the only negative would be the porters who were glum and unfriendly both on arrival and departure. They could do well to take a lesson from the other staff e.g. check in, serving and restaurant and cleaning staff AAA+++

Conveniently located at Citygate outlet mall. Very cosy, clean hotel with modern decor and amenities. Room has great view. Many eateries within citygate outlet mall. Shopping experience was great. Ngong Ping 360 cable car station is located within walking distance. Breakfast was quite enjoyable in cosy restaurant. Hourly shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Family room did not come with bath tub. Need to take 2 lifts (one to level 2 and another from level 2 to 3) to reach the hotel if travelling with large luggages/pram.

Not enough staff working in the breakfast area, the restaurant manager attitude is terrible. The room is not ready by 2pm, the official check-in time. But I didn’t receive any apology during my check-in.

Location, room, staff, breakfast and all their guest services combined for an excellent experience at a price point that's hard to beat in Hong Kong. Airport shuttle well organised and on time, easy to find and convenient pickup. Room was outstanding both in terms of presentation and fittings - Scandinavian style light wood themes throughout and really high ceilings and large windows gave the room a feeling of spaciousness. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide choice of dishes, local, western and vegetarian options all really fresh. Other plus points included its location above a large shopping mall and it's connectivity to the transit system so you can connect seamlessly to other local destinations.

There's nothing at the Silveri that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. The large airy rooms (at least on the 6th floor) means that doors are tall and heavy - if that's not enough workout then there's a gym and pool too.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Citygate Outlet Shopping Mall, with a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants. The train station is just downstairs, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet once you step inside. The design is elegant, and the facilities are top-notch. I really appreciated the comfortable walk-in shower and the quality of the food. The service was professional and attentive throughout my stay—they even noticed I was traveling with a child and thoughtfully prepared a kids' toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. Truly impressive service. Compared to the nearby Novotel, The Silveri is far superior in every way.

Everything about the hotel itself was great, but the entrance can be tricky to find—especially for first-time visitors arriving late at night. The parking entrance isn’t obvious, and the main hotel entrance is hidden within the shopping mall complex, which can be confusing after hours when the mall is closed. My advice for first-timers: definitely use the hotel’s shuttle bus or take a blue taxi that can drop you directly at the hotel’s designated entrance. I made the mistake of taking a red taxi whose driver wasn’t familiar with the area, and I ended up wandering around for nearly an hour at 11pm trying to find the way in.

Don’t skip on the Breakfast Buffet — perfectly balanced menu with HK classics and western favourites. Location - less than a 5-minute walk through the mall to the Tung Chung MTR and Bus Station The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 guests. The toilet featured a heated Japanese-style bidet which was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t get to use the pool this time around, but the gym was well maintained and had a good variety of equipment. Every single staff member we met was friendly, polite and knowledgeable!

As Tung Chung Local, I knew my way around Citygate which made it easy to locate the hotel. For first-timers, it might not be as straightforward but there are enough signs in Citygate to lead you to the main entrance.
