The hotel is placed in an area that is realy nice and well arranged, very clean, quite, the staff pay attention to every square meter inside/outside. Staff at the reception desk and at the bar are nice and they are doing their best. The property in general is nice looking, and the food was realy tasteful.

There are too many tables in the restaurant, sometime is quite difficult to move amongst tables/chairs. It was not clear for us that we have to pay umbrela and sunchairs on the beach. The property have several buildings, I suppose that the conditions were different from a building to other, but in our case (A building, ground floor) there was humidity and a bad smell in the room (perhaps end of May is normal, but it is not pleasant at all). We could not have a familiy room, yet we have been with kids (the hotel was fully booked). Concrete structure would need some phonic insulation in between the rooms. Quite embarassing that the property has fences all around - no possibility to choose your trajectory to the beach!

I liked the proximity to the sea. It is the best there is. I like the room alignment. Either you look directly to the sea, or.directly opposite, and wont happen -like at other bigger hotels- that you book a seaview room and have to squint your eyes or break your neck to be able to see the sea from your balcony, so this is great. I liked the size of the hotel being only moderately small, not those 1000+ ppl hotels.

I have been twice already, and the quality dropped from last year, while the prices went up. The food wasnt that diverse, or delicious, and this year we got a room where the air conditioning just couldnt cool the room, which basically made the whole trip really uncomfortable - even told the staff about this problem and use their recommended settings for it. The beds were too soft for my liking, its like they have been used too much - mattress change recommended.

There is no umbrelas and chairs for the beach included in the package. Also there is no parking included. You have to pay 15lv per day.

The position of the hotel right next to the beach. The pool bar. The staff, especially the bartenders. The childrens playground within the hotel compound, and the activities available for the kids. Food wasn't great, but it was okay for a 4 day stay

The hotel consists of multiple buildings. We usually ask for a higher floor, which we did receive. Expect that the hotel does not have elevators, so if you're travelling with smaller kids, expect quite a lot of carrying up and down.

Nothing was missing. We had a beautiful seaside view from our rooms, the staff was friendly, the food was diversified and fresh .The drinks and snacks between meals were at our disposal. We had diversified entertainment activities every day. The towels and bad linen were changed daily. It was a great vacation for our families, a place where we would like to come back!

The room from the ground floor had a bad sewage smell from the bathroom. The parking was BGN 15 / day.

The staff was always smiling and ready to help you with anything you might need. The food was delicious and they tried to make it different every day. The rooms were clean and the sheets and towels were changed every day. The beach is nice and clean.

The alcohol is super cheap (the lowest quality alcohol in Bulgaria). The beer and white wine were okay. The desserts were not fresh every time and felt cheap, like they were bought from the local shop nearby. There's no free parking. However, if you continue down the road (100m), you can have parking for 8 BGN per day, which is not that bad.

Rooms: there are 3 blocks, each with its + and -, rooms vary from terrible to great, when it comes to view, size, accessibility, etc. Staff: helpful (special kudos to Reception manager! ), I appreciate that they still managed to smile most of the time, 3 months after season start. Food: tasty, you can surely find someting that you like, coffee was decent Drinks: Well, would only say that you have better chances to get diabetes or a kidney crisis than to get drunk. The big plus is obviosuly the location, as the beach and water are pretty good. Also not far from Nessebar and a lovely beach (Irakli), if you fancy a 1 day trip All in all, good value for the money spent. 9/10

The shower "cabin" design is a failure. Pool is a bit undersized

Right from the accommodation I was pleasantly surprised that my request to be accommodated on a lower floor, which I had made on booking, was taken into account, without me insisting. The room was exactly as it should be: with a direct view of the sea, clean. You will find a kettle, glasses, mugs and, in the balcony, a dryer for bathing suits. Your towels are changed daily if you put them on the floor, cleaning is done every morning. The staff is very discreet. The food is very tasty and always reaches everyone. The staff is very attentive, civilized and always with a smile on their face. They are attentive to your needs, and when you ask them, they are all very prompt. The desserts are delicious and the chefs must be congratulated for the great taste of all the dishes! The pool is always clean and you can always find a place on the sunbeds. You never have to wait too long at the pool bar because the staff is very prompt. The same can be said about the bar in the hotel lobby. The only thing I would change would be the pool schedule, which I would do from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Everything else is super good! Congratulations to the entire staff and the hotel manager!

The room was big and clean. The view from the balcony was also nice, we were about 30 meters from the sea. At night You can listen to the waves. Food was also good, there were always a lot of different dishes, there was so much that we could not taste all the thinks. Drinks in bars are also OK, and we had a snack bar, there were always meatballs, salads, cookies, etc. The pool was clean and was not overfilled, there was also a little pool for kids. You can pay with a card, so there is no need to take a lot of money with You.

The cola is diluted with soda, You can see the difference when cola or soda comes to You glas. You have to pay extra for the room safe box. The parking is not the best, we have paid for city parking.

Everything was more than expected, the staff was helpful and very nice, the food was tasty, diverse The animation team was great, at night there was kids disco for half an hour and from 9.30 pm a different show every night. During the day, you could play darts, ping pong and do aqua gym. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. Also, the room is big, spacious, has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and we were pleased to find out a baby bed even if we didn't ask for it. The kids playground is great, inside and outside and also the pool is clean and nice.

The whole beans coffee is only at the bar, the other coffee machines have instant coffee, not so tasty. You don't get bottled water, only at a water dispenser. Otherwise, everything was great.
