It's the first time I found everything perfect! I hope the quality of the services remains the same! I didn't find anything negative to object to except the parking lot. Everything from A to Z was perfect, far beyond expectations! (and I've been everywhere in Europe, Turkey or Greece)

I'm sorry that I have to complain about the discussion about parking and the price. We were happy to talk about the hotel, rooms, food... but in no case, first of all, about parking and the very high price for it. You have to find a solution to offer parking (included in the price) or at least an option to inform customers by email in advance or otherwise, but not at the reception when people arrive tired from the road but happy to have arrived!

- lots of activities for kids and adults and a great animation team - kids club (love at first sight between our daughter and Viki) - the staff was really nice - good and diverse food - the room were cleaned every day - heated inside pool - good rate for money exchange - nice cocktails

Lovely clean modern hotel, with polite, friendly hardworking staff. Rooms were spacious, beds so comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Food was fresh with lots of vegetables, salad and fruit. As well as pizza chips and ice cream! They have a lower buffet area so children can help themselves. The all inclusive food by the pool was also tasty. The hotel is great for families with the entertainment team working really hard throughout the day. There were plenty of sun beds and lots with shade under the trees. The area the hotel is in is very busy and very central right near the beach, lots of shops and bars and water sports. Great for people wanting lively full on vibe. We did find it a bit full on being an older couple but we were able to find quieter beaches in the day a short walk along the seafront.

Opposite the hotel is a fairground, in the evening this was loud and made it hard to hear the hotels entertainment, which was a shame. I think the hotel could put ho higher fence or bushes or move the entertainment area to the back of hotel. The noise of the fairground was not loud in the rooms and stopped by 11pm so doesn’t effect sleep. The other thing that was a shame was the position of the air conditioning units on the balcony which blew out warm air, so it wasn’t comfortable sitting on the balcony.

I had a good experience here. The employees are very nice and ready to help you or entertain you. They helping us with necessary information and at reception can find persons who know English pretty well. In addition, the food was extraordinary. They really have a very good meat as well.

Unfortunately, everything outside of food and drinks is extra cost. From my perspective, for an All Inclusive hotel, I didn't like to have to ask for explanations why I have to pay stuff, as: 1. If you want to play something in hotel, biliard, play station, you have to pay. 2. And, don't expect to have good cocktails without to pay them. I had to pay even the wine from Al a Carte restaurant. 3. The parking was pretty expensive. The good part here was that we know from booking the price and assume it. But, still expensive...

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty, with options to suit different preferences. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is located in a convenient area, close to the beach and local attractions.

The only issue we had was the weak internet signal, at least in our room, which sometimes made it difficult to stay connected.

Staff very polite and pleasant. Rooms nicely equipped and modern. Entire complex very clean. Excellent Animation team, not too in your face. Lucky and Ilyas deserve a special mention. Lounge Bar staff excellent all week making lovely coffees and serving superb cocktails and drinks. Non alcoholic cocktails also very good. 3 or 4 live acts in the week and quiz,& cash bingo broke up the very relaxed evenings. Very nice indoor heated pool and rather cold outdoor pool.I expect this would warm up later in the season. I would advise booking your holiday no earlier than the last week in May as the rest of of the resort was technically closed. We took the opportunity to just relax and this Hotel allows you to do this. Table- tennis , darts, pool etc. and other games and competitions were run around the outdoor pool if you needed 'activities' and a snack bar served food all day until 6pm. Meals in the Restaurant were wide and varied with grilled meat choices, heated serving pans held a reasonable selection of casserole, vegetable and themed dishes which changed throughout the week. Lovely breads and salads served each day. A big plus was the availability of tea/coffee after lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as the lounge. Felt really relaxed and comfortable in this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

The Shower design is inadequate. No sealant along the shower tray edge means the bathroom floods as the water drains so slowly. Reported this to the manager however nothing was done about it. My only other issue was there wasn't always warm plates for your food. They have warmers but they're only intermittently turned on. Sweet choices were varied and beautifully presented however by the end of the week a little 'samey' . Some hot desserts would be welcomed. Good choice of ice-cream however.

Everything. The facilities and staff were fabulous - hotel is very modern, clean, comfortable and the staff from reception to restaurant to entertainment to housekeeping and the spa were so friendly and helpful. We had two small kids who loved the kids club, playground, pools and the evening entertainment. We were all inclusive and the meals were lovely, great choice and didn’t need to go anywhere else. 2 minutes walk to beach and the shopping strip. We will definitely return.

Clean and well equipped room, every day clean the room and change towels. Many different activities around outdoor pool ( water polo, darts, table tennis, archery ). Tasty and varied food and good choice of drinks. I especially enjoyed an outdoor activities ( thank you Mimi, you are the best!).

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel allows smoking in too many areas. The bartenders at the pool bar could be more polite and smile sometimes.

Breakfast is good. They have pancakes every morning. And the rest of the food is good enough for everyone. The pool is great and for all ages. 4 pools in total: 0.3 m, 0.65 m, 1m, and the big pool with 1.25m, 1.5m. Ping-pong tournament and water polo every day. Also other activities are present along the day with their animators.

1. The pool bar is very crowdy. They don't bring another waiter when the queue is long. 2. I knew from the beginning there's no free parking available, but 10 euros per day is too much. For 9 nights I paid 177 levs.

We really enjoyed our family stay at iHotel. Our room and the beds were super comfy and we got an extra pillows to make our sleep even more comfortable! The cleanliness is exceptional, cleaning staff working really hard around the clock to make the entire hotel spotless. We had small issues at the start of our stay, but as soon as we went to the reception, everything was resolved! The main Chef of the restaurant is a massive bonus to the hotel, a big shout out to him for the loveliest meals everyday! Also plenty of food and snacks at the pool bar daily, so no-one was ever hungry! Restaurant staff are very organised, I was fascinated watching them all working so smoothly! Animation team are amazing! Our child enjoyed the games at the pool and a foam party a lot! Sea was only a couple hundred metres away! Ballinese masage was 10/10! Overall it was very relaxing stay which we enjoyed so much!

Some of the pool bar and lobby bar staff were lacking simple manners and made us very uncomfortable in multiple occasions when ordering drinks or icecream, but that didn't spoil our stay! All inclusive drinks aren't the best. Suggestion for a hotel with a good name like that to have mini bar filled for the guests in their rooms, as the mini fridge is empty, the only thing you get is a large bottle of water everyday. Also dinner time could be longer than till 21:00, or there could be some snacks for late night in the lobby bar or snack bar along with the drinks.
