The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The location accommodates relax.

The hotel could be maintained better and the rooms could be cleaner. Food was overall good but the bar doesn’t really offer much than a basic drink. I wish there was a free bar at least so we can order top shelf drinks. Most of the kitchen/wait staff didn’t speak neither Bulgarian nor English that was a bit of a bummer.

Great location, beautiful building, 5 minute walk to beach and shops

Only bar open was pool bar. Room was not cleaned once in the week we were there. Asked for new towels and toilet roll 3 times and werent given any.

Because the villas were closed the moved us to the royal palace hotel. The only good things about the hotel were the restaurant and the rooms the room and the staff was helpful and nice.

Our room didn’t get cleaned for the whole stay. The pools were dirty. Almost everything that they advertised on their site was out of order(the only things working were the restaurant, the lobby bar and one of the pool bars)

The staff was friendly even if they didn't know any English at all,the cleaning lady was nice , everyday coming to the room and make sure that we are ok and we have everything we need.

0 benefits, lights closing at 11pm,verry poor food and i eat almost everything , the pool was a mess , we were supposed to stay at vilas to not be bothered and we stayed in the "castle" cause we payed for the vilas, nothing to see at night or visit because is a small complex and if you wanna go to nesebar you will need a car, 0 maintenance to the hotel, after the food is served and they clean everything they close the doors so if you wanna go to the elevator . Overall i don't recomend it , and for sure it's note a 5* hotel , maybe a 2.5* hotel.
