Really good facilities. Very clean and staff are friendly.

The food and the drinks were very average. Nothing that you’d expect at a well rated hotel it reminded me of canteen food. The location is troublesome to get to

Clean, bright, and well-maintained facilities. Friendly and considerate staff, including animators and reception staff. Felina was awesome at welcoming us and making us feel like home. They gave us a room with a view as a compliment, which was unexpectedly kind as well. The beds were comfy and spacious, and the room beautifully set. Massages at the relax zone were, too, a pleasure.

The water temperature in the outdoor pools was a bit too chilly during our stay. Not unbearable, though. One could ask a bit more from the all-inclusive food quality, but it was a good price-quality match. Air conditioning was operated centrally, so we never got full control over whether, when, and how it worked.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms that were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Going All Inclusive was the best decision ever! Fantastic selection of food and drink. Lovely pool areas and only 5min walk to Pomorie beach. Helpful staff.

Very little to dislike about this hotel. Perhaps, as part of the All Inclusive options, it would have been nice to have had light snacks available to guests in the evening time in the bar area.

Hotel is on outskirts of Pomorie making it great for a quiter location as in Town is full with people. Lots of swimming pools Great Variety of food and cheap but decent drinks.

Hotel started renovating rooms, ours wasn't done yet and it had damp smell of cigarettes. The room was Great and this wasn't much of an issue.

Young staff at the hotel were excellent. Aneliya from 'front office' and Sofiia from 'entertainment' were super friendly, profesional and extremely helpful. Lovely pool, nice clean rooms, restaurant food was pretty good and entertainment package is great for families.

Internet wifi was unreliable.

Last year I was sort of disappointed, but this year it is different. The towels were daily changed, unlike last year, everything was clean, the food was better than last year and more diverse. The animation for the kids were better last year, but still good. But the one for adults were better.

Difenitely a moskito nest is needed. We had 2 nights were the room were full of moskitos, but they were kinda num. They didn't sting us and seem they don't have the energy to fly as they should. Still we had to kill some, to be sure.

Food was lackluster for our taste, unclear where to park the car upon arrival - a sign or instruction could help. Noisy evenings with too loud music program

Cosy and beautiful territory, sea view rooms is a must - a perfect view. Great animation team and activities, a bid range of dishes with variety of meet, vegetables, fruits, desserts and main courses.

Indoor pool is described as “heated”, but it isn’t by much. The kids play room/area needs cleaning and updating. It was very dirty and lots of things damaged.

The drinks should definitely improve and the cue in the lobby bar was terrible. People have to wait for 20-25 min for a drink. Some days it is impossible to find a sunbed, as people from outside the hotel are using them. I had to ask the cleaning lady to change our towels, they are not automatically changed.
