The hotel suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location - close to the beach but also to the city centre.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it was recommended by a friend for the exceptional food and the presence of a restaurant. There was no restaurant and I think this should be clearly stated in the description of the hotel. The restaurant opened only for breakfast, which was something, but I was not impressed by the breakfast. Also, I paid a much higher price for one week since I booked here than the actual price of the hotel.

The hotel is 5-8 minute walk from Pomorie's beaches, attractions, cafes and main shopping drag; there is a small supermarket just opposite the hotel and a bigger one in an adjoining road, so, overall, the location is excellent. As it was low season, we were able to park right outside the hotel, an additional bonus. The hotel offers value for money; our room was large with a balcony, a wide variety of international and Bulgarian tv channels, and good wifi. The breakfasts were excellent and the hotel owner friendly.

Two cups or mugs would be a useful touch in the room as well as the option of more pillows. These are minor recommendations; we would happily return.

this is my third time coming here. i like the staff most. they are very friendly and helpful in any case. the location is very central, equidistant from the sea and the center and it takes 5 minutes by walk for both. the room is comfortable, spacious and clean. the breakfast is very satisfying. i recommend central plaza hotel. also i would like to thank to the staff for everything,

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff

Kingsize bed was actually to single beds next to eachother :( The beds were moving really easily we ended up with a hole in the middle every night.

Amazing family hotel, very quiet and well maintained. Staff were lovely and very helpful . Very Good breakfast and location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The accommodation was excellent, large room and living area . Highly recommend, will definitely return

The staff were good, made you welcome, breakfast continental, home made products too. Bus station 3 minutes walk away to get to other towns .......supermarkets very near......we went at the end of the holiday season.........

Had to ask for cups to go with kettle........no tea/ coffee etc..... WiFi was weak, the booklet in the. Room regarding hotel info was only in Bulgarian..........

Staff very good Breakfast excellent

I was only there for a long weekend and was a solo traveler. It was 3 nights and whereas I did not expect the room to be cleaned and towels changed every day, it would have been nice once during my stay. As I was lone traveller and it was a double room, I was able to use the second set of towels

the room was big and with a balcony at 4fl, very clean, nice smell, extra pillow and bed sheets, I think you were able to extend the sofa. there was a 2 person sofa, extra, in the room. good internet.

I missed the hair drier but I never asked for one

Breakfast was very good. The room was very big. The place is just great. Near central bus station and same time near the beach. Food shops are near the hotel

Poor cleaning every day. For example, they didn't clean a sink every day. Towels are changed only once per 3 days

The room was HUGE. Everything really well kept and clean. Bed was confortable and bedsheets smelled really good&clean. I don t know what was that but i love it. The rooms were HUGE. I did not expected such a beautiful big quiet apartment, huge windows and sunny The breakfast was included and was very good as well. This is one of the best properties i visited. Higly recommended!
