Thé reception staff were unfriendly.When booking and paying fór our accommodation,we had problems communicating with thé hotel. No one sent us a confirmation of payment fór our stay. Even after calling twice fór assistance from booking.com and several times directly to the Hotel reception to make sure everything was fine-no one sent us any confirmation. Imagine thé feeling of insecurity when you are not ať all sure if you have secured accommodation.Its happened to us-and Its a 5-star hotel?

Room is big and clean, spa is very big and variety of spa zones is also impressive, very close to beach with their own bridge directly from hotel building. We were having breakfast and dinner included and we can highlight the quality and variety of dishes! Not crowdy, hotel is big and you don't feel that you have place for you either near the swimming pool or in spa. Gym is pretty decent and at least it's there.

We were expecting that hotel has their own beach zone with loungers, but all of this costs money (however pretty cheap). In gym there are weights (dumbbells) only from 18, meaning no light weights. Also a suggestion(not completely a minus): register people earlier and allow using facilities before check in time (15:00), I can assume that good amount of guests can also come before 15:00 and it's okay that room can not be given before. But at least allow using swimming pools and spa would really make a difference.

Spacious rooms. Great food on HB. Perfect hotel infrastructure to serve spa recreation and treatments.

The hotel rooms need urgent renovation. The carpets and furniture are worn-out due to heavy use, The walls have luggage scratches and dirt . The bathrooms are generally clean but outdated. That gives a bad taste to the excellent hotel infrastructure for recreation and rest. I have visited the hotel numerously in the past 20 years and it is a pity this excellent property hasnt been renovated to serve guests requirements for a comfortable stay. The hotel was very busy during the long weekend and there was no space to sit in the restaurants and some guests were frustrated.

The food in the restaurant was very diverse and delicious. Everything was fresh and made with care. The SPA zone was good equipped and offered entertainment for big and small. The beach was near and the water was so clear. The hotel has an indoor playroom for children, which was clean and nice.

There are pools in the garden but they are not very clean. And the facilities in the rooms are not in good condition. The hotel has a beautiful library, but unfortunately, it is not filled with many books to complete the look and provide for different tastes in books and some people have used it to make calls which did spoil the time in it. The staff in the hotel was sometimes not very engaged and polite.

A 5 star hotel which provides all facilities within the 5 star category. 5 minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets and other restaurants. Its 20 min from Burgas airport/railway station. Dinner,Breakfast was interesting with multiple options and good spread with recurring fillings. Drinks are chargeable which is obvious. Room is too spacious and all have the sea view. Has a bathtub and shower cabin with minibar. Air conditioning is OK but the sea breeze itself suffices. A good sized balcony comes with the room.

The shower was choked up but didn’t stop from using the bathtub hence was not much of an issue. The property need’s refurbishment since it looks like it’s been a while. Its more of a legendary type property.

I liked the location; the room and the spa facilities. The hotel is getting a bit tired and needs up-grading in terms of new carpets in the rooms; the bathroom has mould around the taps and the shower cubical, the lamps on the balcony are rusty and the deck chairs are old and tired. It is not a 5 star standard anymore - more like a 4 star. The lady at the front desk who did the checking in was extremely friendly and helpful. The chambermaid who serviced our room the first day - also very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff were not very friendly. The selection of food in the restaurant was not 5 star (may be because there were not many guests) - may be consider an a la cart menu for less number of guests and table service.

Clean hotel, excellent food (breakfast and dinner). Clean facilities. Friendly staff with some exceptions from the kitchen. All rooms are facing the sea. I liked the herbal sauna very much and the salty indoor pool.

Once at dinner, the chef behind the stove was a bit rude. The lady was frying the zucchini, but in the other tray, there was none left. I asked if she could put some there, and she replied in a rude manner that there wasn't any while I could see in her tray that there were some. The cable TV is a bit unstable. We had to ask the reception for help twice. The mud bath was not what I expected. It looked more like dirty water with very little mud in it.

Big rooms with bathrooms. Nice balcony with sea view. The breakfast buffet was rich and okay. Good spa with nice swimming pools indoors and outdoors.

It is more like a 4-star hotel. Quite a lot of spiders on the balcony and some inside the room. They should refresh the rooms soon or otherwise soon will not be worth the money for 5 stars. The staff was okay. The lobby bar guy was always hiding to not work. The waitresses always looked like tired. The paint of the outdoor swimming pool was falling off.

The hotel was very nice, the apartment was spacious and very clean. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and the selection for breakfast was huge.

The restaurant closes at 10 pm and the bar at 11 PM. It's kind of weird. The second car park is on kind of a field, and it gets muddy when it rains with a huge puddle at the entrance.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The Spa facilities, including the swimming pool are excellent

It should be mandatory to use a towel in the Sauna ( with the exception of steam sauna). The majority of guests don't do that. At check out, you have to wait, so that a cleaning lady can check, if the guest used the minibar or the coffee machine. This adds a relatively long waiting time, when 3-4 rooms check out at the same time. Additionally, it leaves a bad taste, when the guest's word is not sufficient.
