The hotel is right by the beach. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Our room and common areas were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding provided. Staff is really welcoming and polite. We were provided with a cot on arrival which was clean and our little one slept well. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the a la carte manu at the restaurant is delicious. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach, but it looked clean and spacious. There's a soft play area for children which is also cleaned daily and provided good entertainment for our daughter. The hotel is located in a really quiet corner of Pomorie, which we knew in advance and it wasn't a problem. However, you could walk into the old town in 50min, there's an alley by the sea or there is regular public transport.

The WiFi signal is very weak, maybe some more routers will help. Everything else was fantastic!

Everything. From the location, through the facilities, ending up with the service - no complaints. We spent our honeymoon there, so we've been welcomed with a bottle of nice wine and a big cup of fruits! Magnificent! The food was exceptional on every breakfast, as well as every single meal in the restaurant. Next to the sea, with a great swimming pool as an alternative - no compromise. It wasn't cheap - can't lie, but worth it every dime! Highly recommend it!

Room was big, clean and spacious with modern amenities. Beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi very good. International TV channels via satellite. Balcony was clean with views over the Black Sea. Pool was very clean with a lot of sunbeds. Staff from the breakfast and reception very friendly and welcoming!

On Saturday evening it was held a party at the hotel and the music could be heard until 1 AM in the night inside the room. In the bathroom we were surprised that warm water was coming from a boiler that could be seen above the bathtub. If you're not very fast with your cleaning in 10 minutes you'll have only cold water.

Amazing sea view from the window,  very clean in the common premises and in the rooms, big room, all the necessary stuff is in the room, comfortable beds.  Beach is just in front of the hotel. Great restaurant is located inside the hotel.

Things to improve: breakfast isn't good at all, coffee is even very bad. Gym needs renovation. VERY noisy neighboring cafe in front of the hotel, music lasted over midnight, it cancels the benefit of the staying with the sea view.  Hotel is away from city center and all the infrastructure - but it is also positive side.

The hotel is located right on the beach. 10 min from Burgas International Airport. The room was very spacious with a big balcony. The hotel has excellent facilities, pool, spa, massages. Good breakfast and excellent dinner options in hotel's restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and professional. We loved our stay very mu h and hopefully will return in the future.

Would suggest adding a safe box in the room. And also, try to organize discount on rather expensive beach facilities, like beach umbrella and shezlong, for hotel's guests.

The hotel itself is a spotless. Beach is 50m away BUT you have to pay for all beach furnitures. Restaurant is ok, however you might get cheaper 10-20 walk toward Pomorie centre.

The area is a dead end part of Pomorie.

A very decent size apartment, modern, clean and very comfortable. Sea view and beach at your doorstep. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff.

Shower in bathroom did not have much power but this was minor compared to the overall great experience during our stay.

Beachfront location on a very nice sandy beach.. they organized airport transfer promptly. Good breakfast. Exceptional restaurant. Every single meal was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful.

In the neighborhood a monstrous hotel died, so the location suffers. Bars are empty in the evening, there is not much to do outside. Definitely not the failure of this hotel.

Nothing about the hotel, but Pomorie itself is not the greatest place, it's very quiet and calm, all beach bars were completely empty. This might be an advantage for the families, but not for solo travelers :)
