The room is very big. Bathroom as well. Beds are comfortable. The place is very good. Swimming pools are clean. The beach is right down the hotel. Food is good.

There is no enough places for parking. Park on the streets. The hotel is super good but obviously it is not very good maintained.

We wish to say that Angelina on Reception was totally receptive to our needs, along with the Supervisor (who was equally helpful). Thank you for being one step ahead of your customer and being so gracious! We found ALL staff from restaurant, reception, cleaners and pool staff to be of high standard and friendly/professional. Regarding the buffet restaurant, the food was of high standard and kept interesting rather than repetitive as some buffets can be. Compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. Drinks on the all inclusive were fantastic! Beer, wine, 'champagne', and spirits and cocktails - you wanted for nothing! Also lots of fresh fruit which was appreciated.

Nothing you can fix, the beach in the sea has rocky boulders which was a little off putting. Wish I brought my swimming rock shoes!

We loved so many things about this place: The hotel is right by the sea, so it was easy to swim every day both in the pool and the sea. There was plenty of food and variety every day, we were not bored with the options and it was always fresh. The room was soooo big and the bathroom as well. We had a bathtub and a shower in it. And the bed could fit 4 people easily. The staff was very nice and helpful, very attentive. For the money we paid, the value is very high, we were extremely happy. They gave us a partial seaside view, even though we booked a Garden view and it was amazing.

I used to be vegetarian and even vegan at one point.. There aren't enough food options for someone who is vegetarian or vegan, which is good I am not anymore now.. Also, they don't have any fresh juices or lemonade at all.. All they have is alcohol, syrups or fizzy drinks.. Seeing how I don't drink alcohol and only drink fizzy drinks occasionally, my only options were water or tea..

-food not very diverse -could be more clean -very soft pillows -people reserve sunbeds at the pool despite the fact they don't come in hours -the staff closes your umbrella if it's a little windy and you have to stay in the sun

Exceptional everything from start to finish was amazing. Staff went as far to leave champagne, ice bucket and cakes as a surprise as it was booked as a wedding anniversary. Will definitely be back!!

Nothing everything was perfection

We liked the large rooms and the perfect location. The beach is just in front of the hotel. There was always a variety of options for linch/dinner and a lot of fruits.

The room was not as clean as I would expect for a 5-star hotel, e.g. our bathroom was not regularly cleaned by the housekeeping. Although there was a variety of options, the food was not of a very good quality.

I will start with the food - the cook is very, very good. Very rarely I eat more than average-quality food at all-inclusive hotels, so this was a nice surprise! Although the food choice was not great, the food itself was very delicious and varied. There were beverages, ice cream and snacks through the day. The hotel location is excellent - almost on the beach. The bed was huge and very comfy. Good views from some of the rooms.

The parking is very small, which in peak season is a big problem. There are a lot of other hotels (and parked cars) nearby, by luck we found a free spot on the street. The room was advertised as "sea view", but actually the sea could be seen from a small angle, the other part of the view was the restaurant roof. The bar was right below the room, worked until 11 and there was noise from drunk tourists at least until 12. The pool water was cold.

Cleaning ,location, room and beds very confortable .

The hotel need improve the restaurant. Need some fresh furniture and în bathroom need be more cleaning .
