My partner and I recently stayed at Cobbler’s Cove and we had a wonderful time. The setting is brilliant and the hotel is in a great location, excellent for snorkelling down by the beach. It has been well thought out, and the layout of the hotel works well. The staff are friendly and very attentive, no ask was too much trouble - special mention goes to D, who always greeted us for breakfast/dinner and was incredibly helpful and Joanna, the manager, who you can see takes great pride in running the place. Another mention goes to Kennedy, the gardener, who gave us a very informative and interesting garden tour of the grounds. The small touches, for example the staff bringing out fruit/sorbet and water during the day was really appreciated. The food at the restaurant is very nice, albeit a little pricey. Overall we had a fantastic trip and would thoroughly recommend to friends and family. We hope to come back in years to come.

The hotel itself could do with a bit of maintenance in areas, for example, the lighting/plugs in our reception room were not working and some of the plugs were a bit iffy. We didn’t feel the need to mention it as it wasn’t a great inconvenience.

Gorgeous surroundings, interiors, furnishings, pool, bar, restaurant. All delightful. Our room was amazing, an ‘ocean view’ with a beautiful balcony overlooking the turquoise sea which was only 20 metres in front of the property. Fab boat trip up the coast with Rico (resident boatsman) who pointed out all the amazing properties along the west coast, swam with turtles on the way! Gorgeous sandy beach accessible from the side of the hotel sun terrace from where you can swim. Lovely bathing platform. Commitment to pink which I personally really appreciated. In short - all extremely elegant, restful, beautiful and delivered by owners who clearly care about their guests experience.

In general the food was very well prepared and the staff were wonderful. The garden are absolutely gorgeous, very peaceful and relaxing.

The only thing that needs looking in to are the birds that come around in the breakfast area, you must stop feeding them otherwise they will just keep coming back. Also ask guest to stop feeding them.

Our room was beautifully decorated and felt like home immediately. The staff were all great and remembered us after the first night, the gardener Jefferson who gave us a tour was wonderful. The Tuesday BBQ was delicious and the bar lovely to sit in. There was a sun lounger available any time of day. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance

AC was a bit weak when it got really hot

This property is absolutely stunning. Its location is perfect. Tranquil, right next to a lovely, uncrowded beach. I was upgraded to the Camelot Suite and it may be the nicest room I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. It will be difficult to return and stay anywhere else. Tea in the afternoon is lovely.

The food was rather bland, without much to offer in the way of local dishes. Very European menu. Breakfast has a nice variety, however. The general staff, not management, could use a bit of training to live up to a five star experience. Small details, like clearing the table of extra place settings (as a solo diner, this matters) and ensuring each table has condiments, should be automatic. These are small, I know, but for the price point it should be seamless.

Tropical and colorful ambience, beautiful decor, perfect size. Wonderful cuisine, beach, suite, and staff. Such a cute, unique hotel. I would love to return.

Small mentions relative to the total experience: - With two ladies staying in the room it would have been nice if they gave each of us a small beach bag to take rather than just the one. We were told by maid & person in boutique that only the one was included for us. - The breakfast was billed as “accommodation” on a line item separate from the “accommodation” that was the room charge. It should have been labeled for what it was, breakfast, so I would not have had to pursue an explanation from staff.

Absolutely everything!! Staff are wonderful, attentive, friendly & caring. Views are outstanding, setting relaxing, serene. The gardens on site are gorgeous, lush. Food was delicious & staff/kitchen very attentive with allergies. Hope to return soon! Thinking of all the people we met there during Hurricane B & sending our best to you!

Mosquitoes are a bother, especially since our living room doors have open slats that mozzies can get through. May go with rooms with fully closed doors next time.

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Great decor, very comfortable rooms and beds. Beautiful view over the bay and lovely water to swim in. Tasty breakfast, lots of activities available. Would 100% come back to stay. My partner and I had a lovely time!

Service at breakfast could be a little slow sometimes. Access to the sea not great for any who struggle with mobility.

The friendliness and service provided by the staff was impeccable. It was nice to wake up for a delightful breakfast everyday and see the same people from the day before. It really made our stay feel like home. We stayed in an absolutely gorgeous room and couldn't have been happier with the twice a day housekeeping and overall quality and cleanliness. The resort itself is well maintained and the gardens are amazing. I also appreciated the availability of amenities like the boat to go water skiing and the nice cocktail hours and tea times.

The only thing I could say that could have improved our stay is that at times I noticed a few places on the structures of the resort that required some maintenance. I am very picky and notice EVERYTHING, so I keep an eye on the details.

The staff were outstanding - from the people on the front desk to the waiters, waitresses, barmen, boatmen... everyone went the extra mile and were smily and charming. The property is extremely stylish and comfortable with a perfect beachfront location and tranquil gardens. The daily complimentary boat ride and snorkelling was the highlight of our visit and being able to swim in the beautiful clear sea every day right in front of the hotel. We loved the hotel decor. And also seeing monkeys in the gardens was a bonus!

There were times when the service let itself down a bit.... food and drink could take a very long time to arrive. Some days our room was not made up until the afternoon... and it was noisy at times... there were people on the beach right next to the hotel having an all-day party one day and some of the other hotel guests were loud at the bar and spoke loudly on their phones at mealtimes. Our room was not set that far back from the main road and we could hear traffic at times.
