We enjoyed our stay at KK hotel. The breakfast had plenty of choices, friendly staff. A clean room with a comfortable bed and effective air condition. The room was cleaned every day, clean and tidy. The hotel offers dinner as well. We ate vegetarian soup and it was super delicious.

The location of the property, everything is close and you can reach an Uber easyly at any time.

I think the pillows might be more confortable, the pool is tiny and the space where is the chaorlong is small.

Very clean. Very good breakfast. If you want a simple hotel, you can’t go wrong here. Very nice staff, too.

What could improve: training better the person responsible for housekeeping. Our hand towels didn’t need to be replaced, we hung it, but the person took it and did not put another one in its place. Same thing for the bathroom mat. It disappeared and did not get replaced on the third day. An easy fix, not a problem, but annoying.

I always stay here when I visit Itu, the best hotel and close to the centro so you can walk everywhere within 10 min. The rooftop pool is amazing and the restaurant is excellent.

The pool was amazing, the people were very friendly and super helpful. Very clean and comfortable room and the food was excellent. And it was right in the centro so perfect location in Itu. I will definitely stay here again next year.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

it’s very central location, by walking you can get in the main square, many restaurant, suvenirs stores, church, etc… Swimming pool was nice, clean, towels available aswell and some drinks to purchase.., Breakfast was deliciousss 😋large variety ! staff very friendly!

Small but very nice hotel, All staff gas been very nice and helpful, Delicious breakfast buffet. I will come back for sure to this place.

I didn't like the air conditioning in the room, it had only one temperature and ventilation was weak.
