Really well located in the city with a private parking lot available very close by. Our room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the air conditioning. The breakfast was tasty & it was nice it was available early since we had to take off before 7:00am.

This is a minor thing and not exclusive to this property, but the cold LED lighting is a little harsh & off-putting. I would suggest using warmer LEDs for a more welcoming effect. Also, heads up that you'll want to probably bring earplugs as this property is located close to a church. Very loud bells started ringing for at least 30 seconds at 5:00am.

Being in the heart of the historical part of Girón, this hotel has charming artifacts as decorations. The room was as shown on photos, small but adequate. The staff were friendly with our limited Spanish. The breakfast was typical.

We were unable to get any hot water. Where to park our car was confusing so some written instructions with a map would be helpful.

The location is very good, right by the main square. The staff were very friendly and the young daughter could speak English. We had to leave early before breakfast but they kindly provided something to take away. The airport was a 15-20 minute drive away. We were flying back to Bogota and decided to stay in Giron instead of Bucaramanga. It was a good choice and Giron is a lovely place for an afternoon and evening.

We arrived at Giron at night, from the airport. The place is very easy to find, parking is included. As it was closed after 21.00, they found another place for us to keep the car safe. The accomodation is very clean, it has air conditioning and fan (required as it was hot) and the breakfast is tipical Colombian one

The window open to a courtyard - but it is a nice Spanish colonial house. The breakfast is a little bit early - from 06.00 to 08.00, but they are happy to allow an extra 30min.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, with a beautiful view over the garden. It is right in the centre of Giron. I'm cycle touring and I overpacked, ooops. The lady has kindly offered to post a few items down to Bogota for me :-)

A truly special and unique boutique hotel. We had a great experience there and we highly recommend it. It is located just a few minutes walking distance from restaurants and specialty shops of Girón. We only spent one night because we were leaving by plane the next day. A great place. The breakfast was excellent including a big bowl of fruit.

They start charging for parking starting at 7 in the morning, it doesn't make sense, it should be at least until check-out. They are fixing the road in Giron and it is uncomfortable to get to the parking lot. The manners of some drivers don't help either.

Excellent place with great helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Decor was nice. Location is perfect, especially for early/late flights from Bucaramanga.

It was a bit difficult to find the place as it is marked incorrectly on Google maps (even when you enter the address) and there is no sign outside the building. It is actually a couple of blocks up from where Google maps has it marked (this is as of 11/11/22) You may want to have Google maps updated!

Nice property right next to the main be square but still quiet as accommodation at the rear. We only stayed overnight as had early flight to catch. The owner kindly organised a taxi for us and got up at 4.30 to see us off.

As a foreign visitor, Giron is not commonly visited but is an aesthetic location close to Bucaramanga airport and much more atmospheric than Bucaramanga itself. The hotel, like the old town around it, felt beautifully-preserved, with antiques and traditional Guane-style art on display. I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a small balcony, exposed wooden roof beams, and a well-maintained historic feel. Excellent value location, with staff whose English was limited but who were nonetheless extremely helpful in booking onward travel.

Loud music at the restaurants next door in the evening was annoying (though I was there on a Friday evening and this may not be the case normally during the week). Likely not much the property could do about this, unfortunately.
