Male staff was so kind all the time. Bryan and Ricardo at the reception really kind and helpful in our stage at the hotel!! Indications about services around the hotel were so precised. The staff at the restaurant was always kind and make us feel it welcomed at the breakfast time!!

The shower in our bedroom requires to be adjusted because it was imposible to take a shower with water at a decent temperature -it was boiling and there were not chance to mix it with cool water- We arrived at midnight and unfortunately the blankets seems it were not changed from the previous guest. We tell the situation to the receptionist -Bryan- and he solved the problem!! :)

Room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Need menus in the restaurant for those of us language impaired gringos but was able to get by.

The attention

The bed was big and the bathroom was nice and the location felt good.

The staff! Actually the parking was no enough for all guest, so the front desk told me that he will call me to the room at 10PM to move my vehicle, otherwise I had to leave the keys with him. It makes feel unplaced because I was arriving from a 10 hours road trip :(. Also the breakfast has an orange juice very poor orange, was like 90% water 10% orange and the variety was so poor also.

The pictures are not up to date, facilities are much more deteriorated than what they look on the app ! The food at the restaurant is poor plus the kitchen looked really dirty. Did not have breakfast the second day, plus they do not have room service, neither the restaurant replied during opening hours. For some reason the duvet was removed after the first room service, not sure why. It's a shame places are not sharing with the booking app.
