The breakfast was a fantastic mix of local Colombian breakfast food as well as European breakfast foods. The Colombian food included Tamales, Pan de Yuca, Pan con Bocadillo, Calentado, Chorizos and of course, scrambled eggs both with and without ham. The European food included toasted bread with marmalade, cereals including cornflakes; granola and Choco Crisps (the Colombian Coco Pops!), eggs as requested (we ordered fried eggs), muffins / cupcakes and yogurt. The drinks there was coffee (of course! 🇨🇴), tea, milk, hot chocolate, freshly squeezed juices of Blackberry, Mandarin, and Orange. Honestly, it was a fantastic blended breakfast for all, those who prefer their conventional breakfast and those who want to the local cuisine!

In terms of the hotel itself, there was nothing we didn't like. Every aspect of the hotel was as I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. The only unfortunate aspect, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, is that it is located on a street that is quite empty at night. The bar and clubs districts are 2 streets away which is very easy and quick to walk to, but the solidarity of those 2 streets that one needs to walk through is a bit of a discomfort from a safety perspective. But there is a 24 hour Oxxo shop (like Seven-Eleven) across the road from the hotel which lets you walk out at night and grab a soda!

Location felt safe and checking in and out was no hassle. I arrived early and was assigned my room. Hotel security were helpful and on point. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself, althogh not the most modern, did possess a sense of grandeur. All staff were friendly. Parking was close but offsite and there was always security to accompany you. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of local and international dishes. There a 3 restaurants on site on case you wish to dine in. There's a gym, sauna, spa....The Hotel is close to many malls, shops, transport. Overall, this Hotel I would definitely recommend.

I had no complaints for my stay.

Everything was great during my stay, no complaints. Highly professional and attentive staff who provide world class service, great food, very centrally located premises; quiet, very comfortable spacious room with a great view of the city and the mountains, a super comfortable bed! Breathtaking view from the rooftop restaurant. I was super impressed, a fantastic deal that is definitely worth every dollar you pay.

Can't mention anything

I was in Bucaramanga for one night, breaking a long journey, and in the hotel for only 12 hours or so. Check-in after a long bus journey was super-straightforward - thank you, Arturo. My room was large and comfortable with a coffee machine and a very good bathroom. The location is good - not that I went anywhere! - about 15 minutes' drive from the bus terminal. I had to leave early, before breakfast, but was given a very nice packed breakfast for my journey. I suppose this is mainly a business hotel? Not especially characterful but perfect for my needs.

For a 5 star hotel it is not acceptable not to have a bathrobe and bath shoes. Upon re year they brought both and the bath shoes are of ej lowest possible quality. The spa doesn’t have a full time receptionist which is affecting quality of service: no one to ask and for water missing in the gym for instance. Staff are very friendly in general, but the ones at the reception desk could be friendlier and more helpful, since they are the front face of the hotel (not the concierges, who are very helpful and friendly)

Great pool and gym. Customer service was amazing, especially grateful to Mitchel, who graciously tried ro help me with Avianca. I also liked the location. And the breakfast was good, too.

At first I was put in a room that was dark, that had telephone didn’t work, and that had a noisy air conditioner. I requested a move the next day. I was much happier on the other side.

What everyone needs to know about his place is only 2 things: 1. The location is excellent. You will not find a location like this. 2. Roof top views are breathtaking.

Wished they did better with the food. The small variety was just fine at least for me. Im not a huge breakfast person. Food as always fresh and delicious. They don’t tell you that if you go to the buffet, and if you decide to take something to your room, you have to pay for it. I don’t understand the logic. If you’re not feeling well or just want to be alone, if the food leaves the Cafe, is not free anymore. Weird.

The Turco and sauna space was amazing! Very relaxing.

The massage wast the worst I have had traveling, on top of that they charged propina wich I crearly said I dont want to. Gladly reception was able to get it back to me. Just terrible massage, it is clear the lady didn't have any training. She only massaged my bones. The breakfast was also for foreign very bad, only very oily eggs and sausages were tasteless

Loved the spa, the steam room worked perfectly, the sauna not as good but it did the job, the jacuzzi tub was relaxing, had a great massage. The room was super comfortable, loved the 24 hour room Service, and they even had a salon on site where I was able to conveniently get a blow dry, all for a very low price for stay. Very exceptional stay in Bucaramanga

Located in a place with all services close by (bank, atm, shopping, nice restaurants, etc). the staff is very nice and helpful. I had two receptions for relatives on the terrace restaurant and the staff were amazing and made sure that all details were taken care of.

The hotel does not accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets, which is quite surprising. I asked for almond milk and they had it some days and others they didn’t. The breakfast buffet is heavy on meats and dairy - it seems that every type of bread has cheese in it—. the cereal bar should be much better and abundant. The granola was stale and mostly made out of cornflakes. also the gym is totally inappropriate for the amount of petiole. there are 3 walking machines but they are old and some days one or two didn’t work. In general, this hotel is great but it’s showing it’s age and it’s cuisine style must be updated for the twenty-first century.
