Clean modern hotel, perfectly located just a couple of blocks from a large shopping area and very close to downtown. Confortable rooms, friendly personnel, ready to help. Breakfast was huge and delicious, made with fresh products. Several options to choose from, every day they have many different options. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my trip. Free parking was a plus considering the hotel was in a very busy area

No hair dryer inside the room. Not available when we requested them. All were busy.

Large room with balcony and Super comfortable bed AND hot shower!! When you arrive after a day of flying or touring, this is exactly where you want to be! ... Also, when the front desk knew that I was looking for a taxi to the bus station, they were helpful in pairing me up with others also going where I was ultimately going, which helped me avoid the bus altogether, AND to share the cost of the ride with the others! Such a nice gesture!

I loved how clean and organized it was, good lightning. The place is very well organized, it was quiet. Room was very cozy and there is a little nice balcony to see the city. Very well located. The place is spotless. We got the crib we asked for, good AC in the room, shower was nice and water temperature perfect. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were really good and food was delicious. Good wi-fi. Definitely good value.

I really loved this hotel. I travel a lot. This place is really great. Excellent detailed room, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. A great value in every aspect. In Bucaramunga I will stay here again. Felt like an apartment!

I am grateful that the hotel had a gym, but the gym is not of the exceptional level as the rest of the hotel.. With an investment in this space it could also be exceptional.

I had a lovely room on the 9th floor with views over city. Breakfast was included and was the best - lots of choices, all delicious. It’s in a good location, safe, and with lots of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. Added bonus, one of the reception staff spoke English which was a real plus as my a Spanish is atrocious. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Bucamaranga.

The hotel has a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very clean.

The only downside is that the parking lot is too small and has a low ceiling. However, the staff are very helpful and willing to assist you in finding a solution.

I enjoyed the snack bar in the room, but I wish they had more of a selection for water. Such as Hatsu, which is a great brand for great quality water 👌 Although, I wished someone would have helped me with the bags as I was struggling as I walked in. The hotel Spiwak Chipichape in Cali. They immediately helped me with my bags to my room without any hesitation.

There was way too much noise by the balcony because of construction. 🙄

The location is excellent. Great area, safe to walk and close to many restarurants, coffee shops and local parks. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby is also very inviting and we liked that the parking space is easy to access.

The beds are clean but mattresses could be more comfortable.

Only one thing: the clean crew didn't change the towels, and I asked them for some new towels, but they never bring it!

The hotel is modern and has a very nice deco all around. The rooms are comfy and have good space. The breakfast was amazing, and the location is exceptional.

The noise isolation could be improved.
