The staff was very nice. Workers go the extra mile to help you. The restaurant treats you like a vip and breakfast is all included. The neighboorhood is safe and there's shopping malls, pharmacy, casino, supermarkets all walking distance of the hotel. Thank you BGA! Our home away from home.

Location is perfect, receptionist amazing, housekeeping nice.

The room didn't have a real window,if you're claustrophobic it's gonna be a problem.The noise of all the clubs, even on the 9th floor.

Well, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

They have to do something about the noise from outside, for example from cars and the sound from the discos behind the hotel.

Is really good hotel with a good price, people working in there are really looking forward for their guests to have a good experience. This is not the first time I stay in there and I have always have a good experience. This time in particular, I had to return before it was expected, so I have to cancel 1 night of my reservation, I told their receptionist and he told me there was no problem at all and they they won’t charge me for that night! This is a very good costumer experience! Definitely every time I’ll come back to Bucaramanga, I’ll stay here

room was nice and comfortable, everyone was helpful and used google translate as I dont speak any spanish :) location is great, next to shops, restaurants and some parks

you could hear some noise from the street

the property was well located and as well the personal…most of them were perfect…breakfast was excellent

lack of door marking not to be disturbed…easy access from employees if they don’t hear you saying do not disturb…not internal second security lock to prevent opening…iron but not iron table…also nothing on bathroom to rub the liquid soap they offer….Shower glass door was falling out of place making it dangerous

Good location 5 minute from restaurants and bars and nights clubs and shoping malls , wifi internet was excellent at the room and premises

Frist at my arrival go to do my checking and they told me that the price on booking it wasn't the right price for my room they apologized to me and blame booking,,this and that the price was a little bit more the what I expected nothing crazy but they should fix that . The room clean but no soap no shampoo i have to requested

Staff and Others room are excellent, Breakfast, Parking available, Very Clean, Closed to everything. Everything was as expected and the stay was comfortable.

I didn't like the Deluxe Junior Suite, Terrible room. Big room with very high ceiling and I don't understand why these room are designed like this. Tv should be bigger. You can see the photo I added here for the Deluxe Junior Suite Ceiling.

overall service was good

I found some bed sheets stained, in the bathroom I noticed that body soap dispenser was almost empty and there was no label to identify the shampoo or any other item.

I liked the location, the staff were all great despite not being fluent in Spanish. I appreciate their assistance & patients.
