I think the hotel nice; the front desk staff was friendly. The room was simple, clean but nice. The hotel on its own was clean and nice. For the price it's all good. The restaurant on top was nice and relatively good. BUT today they don't have beef, tomorrow they don't have shrimps every day there is something they don't have. :) The Shrimp Ceviche with mango sauce is good.....yes GOOD. too bad I tried it too late and when I wanted more, no more shrimps.

However, if the hotel owners would make just a few simple and not to expensive adjustments, it would be even better. Suggestions: Place a coffee maker or at least a hot water maker. We like to drink coffee and there was no way to make coffee. Breakfast was OK, but every day the same scramble egg? Then on the last day we found out we could ask for fried egg (took long to get, but). There is salt on the table, but no black pepper. They sell those as a pair don't, they? Breakfast opens at 6.15 and at 6.30 it's not ready. They are still cutting fruits, making juice etc. Small things. Dianela is very nice, but slow. We were a group of 16 people who needed to eat fast to go to tournament. Again, these are just minor things but that make it even more pleasant.

The food was good, the staff was very accomodating and one of the kitchen staff spoke a bit of English. The front desk staff/check in/out was excellent. They were able to help us with tour operators to Chichamocha park and to Juans Falls the next day. My flight was much later than check out, and they were able to allow us to check out late. I recommend highly

The pool was/is in need of maintanence or upkeep, the shallow end has a lot of discoloration and we were not sure how to use the sauna. The pool itself is refreshing and clean. My only other complaint, the wifi is spotty and the jacuzzi tub mysteriously caused a puddle in the middle of hallway with no visible water leaking from the tub or the bathroom, weird.

The restaurant was suprisingly good for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the steam room and pool. Water pressure in the shower was good and the bed and room were comfortable. 2 blocks away was a bustling centro comercial selling everything very inexpensively. Staff was great.

Mainly the location. Not an area to walk to restaurants or bars. A short taxi ride away but not in the immediate vicinity.

Wow the rooftop view is great, nice pool area, well priced, the breakfast is nice and big portions! I loved the Jacuzzi in the private suite & also the comfy comfy beds omg.

It was a little bit dirty, but upon talking to the staff it was cleaning right away and they were very apologetic. Much appreciated :))

The service of Marcela on the rooftop terrace was the best I've had. She was so smiley and pleasant. But also all staff were great. Perfect location, great food and lovely swimming pool terrace area. Super clean and great air con rooms also. I had to stay until 10pm and they were very accomodating 10 stars.

Great hotel, very friendly staff & facilities excellent (liked the pool area). The only negative is the location is not great, so I strongly suggest using taxi or uber, etc to get around after dark

The staff was all very friendly and the pool was very nice. The hotel lobby and rooftop are excellent! There’s a good shopping center just two blocks away.

The breakfast didn’t vary very much. Sometimes the restaurant would run out of basic things like tomatoes or milk.

Great Hotel for the price. Late checkin was no problem and ordering Rappi, the staff were helpful and polite. Room big and the showers great! Gorgeous roof top area too!
