Everything! location, staff, breakfast, beds and pillows, and housekeeping.

I realized that this is not about the property or something that happens everyday, but it is important for the hotel manager to be aware of. There was an event at the fifth floor of the hotel during my stay that required the heavy presence of police, anti explosive vehicle (parked outside the hotel), and police dogs. On that day, I felt uneasy and unsafe as a guest, to say the least. Events are fine, but some events are not, at least in my opinion.

The front desk allowed me to checkin early after a travelling for 24 hrs - much appreciated. The restaurant view is amazing as is the view from the rooftop bar & pool.

At one point a cleaning staff member tried to enter the room while I was sleeping eventhough I had a do not disturb sign on the door.

I stayed for 5 days and the service was great, the room was very comfortable, the view was very nice from the room, bar, and restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was very good. This is my second time at the hotel and I would stay there again.

No complaints at all. I had a minor issue with the WIFI but it was solved quickly by the staff.

Even though the hotel brand is recognized and respetable, this one looks old and not well maintained once you enter the rooms halls. The price is too high for the looks of the property and the services provided

Unfortunately, the Sky Bar and Pool were being refurbished during my stay. I was not aware of this before arriving at the hotel. These facilities are quite a major part of the hotel and i have enjoyed relaxing there during previous stays, as such it was quite a disappointment that they were closed. Although I appreciate that work like this of occasionally necessary and unavoidable there could have been perhaps a small discount in the price perhaps to reflect the reduction in facilities offered for that period?

The room was big, the view wasn't bad, we had a view to the running track but it has a background of the mountains which is nice. The food was good as well and the personnel was amazing, friendly, always willing to help and with a smile in their face! Definitely we will comeback!

Increíble view. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great shower. The rooftop pool is stunning and the staff super friendly

The corridors to the rooms felt a bit worn and the carpets there were stained. There are only 2 guest lifts which get very busy at times

I always stay here when I visit Bucaramanga. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are attentive and polite. I love the view of the city at all times of the day. The location is ideal as it is connected to the very large Cacique shopping mall which has great shops, restaurants and a later food plaza. Perfect to kill time. The hotel restaurant is a lovely place for breakfast. There is a SkyBar with a pool which offers amazing views of the city and is one of the highest buildings I suspect.

Unfortunately, during my stay the SkyBar and pool as mentioned where closed for refurbishment. This was a big disappointment although I look forward to returning once completed. It would have been a good idea to perhaps reduce the room rate a small amount during the period of renovation as this area is one of the attractive facilities of the hotel.

Too many great things to say about the property , staff are excellent and always helpful , location amazing , and the breakfast is top top. Might be one of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel
