The location is excellent. Few blocks from downtown. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. All the staff were helpful and willing to help. Big thanks to Cristian! (Overnight) The room was clean. The room had AC, a big plus.

The bathroom toilet is in a weird, tight space of the room. I'm not sure if this is for all the rooms. My room was an end room away from street noise. If you are a big person, it's a bit uncomfortable. But the shower and sink was all OK.

The staff were very hospitable. I stayed a month. so I was on a first name basis with most of them which made it more enjoyable. and they celebrated my birthday which was also quite nice and memorable.. the location is also great. traffic will suck no matter where in Colombia you are. roads are being expanded so that’ll help when it’s done. but Bucaramanga has its gems and this place puts you near them in a quieter area

absolutely excellent welcome. friendly staff. Don't ask too many questions when checking in and are aware of who is around when you are checking in as to not be stating your details around strangers

the breakfast bar shouldve been placed farther back because some guests lacked deceny and coughed carelessly in the direction of wahtever food they were getting

Great hotel and everything was as expected.

I asked for an airport taxi the day before my departure and again just before i had breakfast but the taxi never arrived even after 20 mins. I had to hail for a taxi and rush to the airport. The lady at the reception was very incompetent.

Had all I need in great shape food was good

They have empanadas on the menu but they were not available several times

The food was good, the staff was friendly and the location was exactly what I was needing.

The beds and linen were good, but you could increase the price of some rooms providing better conditions such as nice duvets and pillows.

Friendly staff and the room was absolutely great 10/10, Breakfast was the bonus.

It's not that the location was bad, but it's definitely not a touristy location... This is more for like someone needing a good bargain or someone who knows the city well.

Well located, staff is diligent and helpful all the time, breakfast was good and the place was spotless.

Wifi could be improved.

So relaxing, nice little beach, dock for jumping off, and a floating dock to swim to while snorkelling, super friendly staff, excellent food, lobster, fresh fish, my morning swims in the Caribbean, afternoon naps in the hammocks, what else did I want, except to stay longer
