The bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. It had all the amenities like hair dryer, microwave and fridge, as well as laundry and ice machines outside the room. The microwave and fridge were clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The floor needed a good clean as it was sticky like a bar/club floor. There wasn't much for breakfast, just cereal, muffins and yoghurt. Could do with adding a toaster.

Mr. Douglas S. was wonderful from the time I called until check-in. He made me feel welcomed. Thank you, Mr. Douglas!

The seat was coming off the the comode. The blankets weren't thick enough. One bed was nice and soft (my 4 year old grandson chose that one for him & me to sleep), and the other was hard and creaky. The fridge was not clean. The microwave cord wasn't long enough. It needs an update to lamps badly. There are not enough sockets for plugging electronics.

Good location in kingman Plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable Within easy walking distance of various eateries and a supermarket. Personable staff and the price includes a rudimentary grab and go breakfast.

Although the rooms are no smoking. Neighbouring guests smoked on the outside walkway and the smell came into the room.

The fact that because of a bad review or something from sister motel/inn they put me on a DNR list which is BS. I always clean our rooms before we go.. we don't bother anyone . We were planning on staying here till our house was ready to move into but now can't and we still do not know why.

A 1 night stop while traveling from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. Was ideal for what we needed.

The dirty floor. I got out the shower, walked around bare foot for like 10 mins and my feet feet were black. Also the towels are really small. The rest of the room was clean though and ideal for what we needed.

I booked my stay on the wrong day and came a day late... I was not charged again and I so appreciated the help ... I was tired and didn't have any extra money for another day .. thank you so very much

On our second visit to the same property, the floors were sticky, the room was not as clean as the first time. We understand that some days are better than others and mistakes happen.

Quiet, well located & parking for my jeep & trailer.

We were initially given a room with no toilet paper, holes in the carpet & it smelled. they moved us to another room that smelled fresh, had no holes in the carpet & had plenty of supplies.

it was right where I needed to be close to everything I was able to check in without no issues and check out with no issues and everything was great they had a nice little breakfast snack type thing and it was just what I needed.

Cleanliness and comfort were great. The value was excellent, location was central, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The were out of tissue and cups for the rooms. There was not much to dislike.
