The staff was accomodating and the one lady at the front desk was a Steelers fan!! So bonus points for that. And she was helpful when i came to the front desk asking for anything. The location was close to Walmart and the bed wasnt bad (comfort wise) the pillows were great though. They should invest in pillowtop mattresses though because the springs wear out quick. It was great for the price and grateful i got to stay as long as i did there. Thank you!

There were a couple roaches in the microwave and in the room, but they are renovating all the rooms so im sure the problem will be fixed. I cant expect too much for paying less than 40$ a night. I just made sure to not leave food and i bought a cleaner to cleaner everything while i was staying there.

The price and location were on hit. But what I like I can never express enough. My mom died in this room on the 12 th room 134. I left the room for a couple minutes to go pay for another day. When I was gone my 82 year old mom drop over dead. I was in a panic I opened my door and was about to really freak out when silver queen motel employee nick was bringing me fresh towels and I screamed to call 911. He was x fire fighter and trained in car and I just don't know what I would of done without his help. I hope I can do something for him someday for he was so awesome in his help and has been checking on me ever since, and a bystander in the room next to mine Heather helped as well then took on baby sitting my 2 year old Sicilian husky ' chuck' who is me and mom's baby. These 2 people were a God sent to me and in the end all the staff was friendly and helpful. I want to thank the staff of Jan 12th for helping me. Also I would like to have put on my personal file at silver queens when I cone back to this motel if possible I would like to be put in this room 134. Thank you Steve stoneking

The fact my mom died. A part of me will be forever missing, for the best part of me died jan 12 th 2023. I miss you so bad mamma. Rest in piece please because I am not at piece I am lost and if it wasn't for the staff of the silver queen I may not of made it, thank you and you know who you are, once again thank you nick and thanks to the wonderful woman in the room next door Heather thank you for your help and support.

Restaurants are walking distance.centrally located.

The previous night,My boyfriend paid for the room.There was no volume on TV at all.didnt fix problem.we changed rooms the next day and,I paid.turned out all right

I liked how easy it was to check in and how nice the girl working was. The hotel is quiet and located close to things. The room could of had more towels and an ash tray, since it was a smoking room. And cups would of been nice but it had a small fridge and microwave.

Check In was Awesome.Great location from vehicle to room.very short distance.Staff was Professional,Friendly and,Helpful.

Children of Guest were running and,yelling outside at 4:30 am.

I didn't hear anyone outside making noise I was able to come and go without a problem that means a lot when your alone and the place was full

The freeway noise but what can you do that's the city

Everything. Everyone was nice friendly. There was peice and quiet. No one bothered u. The staff was very generous professional and they served ur needs right away. Good business

Location and price range for a long stay.

The cigarette Burns and the sheets due to the rude customer. Who insists on smoking in the rooms when they know that you were not supposed to.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Did not sleep well and the staff seemed annoyed I asked about parking. I drove in with a 26 foot truck and had to drive around the hotel lot a few times plus drive thru neighboring business lots a few times to find a spot to accommodate the moving truck and then walk back to the hotel. The staff wasn't very helpful with the parking situation. Their suggestions were not helpful, especially after explaining I had already drove around for 20 minutes. I got the feeling they didn't care and only interested in the money for my prepaid stay.
