Very nice motel, we had a great time. The room was very nice, large and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect as a stopover to go to the Grand Canyon.

I think this hotel is in the perfect location. You’re surrounded by different restaurants or gas stations so definitely won’t go hungry. It’s one of the cheaper hotels in Kingman I noticed, and definitely worth the stay. The room was comfy, nice and cool temperature wise, and very clean. This hotel also has a pool which was a super nice temperature- not too cold and most of the time we were the only ones down there. We’ll be taking another trip down there again next year and will most likely be staying at this hotel again.

We really didn’t have any complaints but next time I think we’ll ask for a few more pillows because they are a on the flat side.

Easy access from the Interstate or downtown. A personal note from housekeeping was a pleasant welcome to the room. The room was clean, and the AC had been turned on so that the room was cool upon entering. The beds were very comfortable. We had to adjust our trip dates, and it was effortless to change our dates.

The armchair in the corner of the room had torn up corners and edges, that was a little unappealing. The breakfast area was very small, families were waiting outside to get a table. Yet the tables were large, so an individual guest took up a table for 4-6. We ate fast and even took some of our food back to our room to finish because we felt bad that families were waiting. There were tables outside, but no chairs.

Welcoming, friendly staff, even when checking in late at night. The delightful cool room after being in the intense heat of the desert. Had all the conveniences for travelers to have an efficient stopover. I liked the nice location artwork touches like room numbers with SW scenes and the desert art photos in rooms.

Bit of industrial feel location with lots of hot asphalt and minimal landscaping. Small breakfast dining area.

The friendly staff, the online choice to check in. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the size of the room was good enough for the three of us. The location was a great plus based on the reason we came to Kingman.

Very small dining room right next to the front desk. Limited breakfast choices. Floor in our room seemed to be clean, so we decided to be barefoot, but oh, surprise! The soles of our feet ended up completely black 😮‍💨! Please make sure everything is clean before the next guests check in.

Room was very nice, I loved the black out shades. Bed was comfy and pillows were good. The shower had products available (out of shampoo) but I always have my own just in case. Shower had great pressure and drained well. Temperature coltrol was great got a good nights sleep. We had a mini fridge always a plus. Breakfast was good waffles, eggs sasauge Etc. Breakfast ares is very limited seating.

The room was clean. It had a freezer in the refrigerator which we really needed.

There was a customer at the front desk ahead of us in line when we arrived. There was only one clerk(employee). She could not find any reservation for the gentleman. They worked and worked to try to find it for more than 10 minutes while we stood and waited. We had a confirmed reservation with a printout and she could easily have asked the gentleman to wait a moment while she chcked us in. Instead she kept us standing and waiting. I think it was a bad situation that could have been handled better!

We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way to another town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good options and the staff made sure to restock items as they ran out. Since this property is near a major interstate and avenue, be prepared for traffic noise. However, it was manageable. Overall, a nice option and I would stay here again.

Super good lady at reception! She was correct, pro-active and polite while we checked inn. Thanks also for movement our dates.

Climate…it’s awful. We were not able to sleep at all during the night. When it switching on to warm the room (20 times per night) the sound seems like huge vacuum cleaner right near to the bed… it was really hard night.

Staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met. Even though it was late, they tried to find a place to eat that was still open. Breakfast was pretty standard, hot waffles, cold cereal, fruit and pastries. It is just off IH 40, easy off, easy on with fuel and supplies nearby.

They had upgraded the lights to have plugs on them, but they were all two prong and not three. There were regular plugs, but they were not as accessible, really a minor problem........................
