Everything was great, room was clean, quiet, and bed/pillows were extremely comfortable.

We were pushed behind by 2 hours at getting our keys due to having a flat tire in California so we did not arrive until 9:40 pm. Upon getting my keys the front desk clerk seemed to reprimand us (more than explaining) about not having a card that matched my ID and using my boyfriend’s card. Now, I have no issues with the explanation on why it’s better to use a card that matches my ID but this front desk clerks tone seemed more of scolding a child. I am an assistant front office manager of a 1,700 room property that is attached to a casino. I enforce these same rules as well but with a better tone/demeanor as we have guests from all over and different lifestyles that come through daily. Other than that the hotel is exceptional and will recommend to anytime that is interested.

The staff was so friendly!! The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The tv, desk, and sofa were also nice and new. The pool area looked nice, but was not open during our stay. The workout facility was seemed nice, but we did not use it. The breakfast area is very nice. Located close to the highway as well as restaurants and a grocery store.

I do wish there had been a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was very standard and the exact same each day we were there. It would have been nice to have some variety. The highway noise isn't too bad, but you can hear it.

Beds were amazing and the place was spotless. Roomsize is really good, and the seating area in the room was actually very comfortable. There's a coffeemaker (no tea tho) and fridge in the room. Location is convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby

Breakfast is very basic and very little dietary options. Fridge in the room worked well but was pretty noisy at night. They charge 50 dollar for incidentals, which is refunded after your stay, but this wasnt specified at check-in until I asked why the rates were different.

The room was large and comfortable and it provided a microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. It also had a safe. The bed was very comfortable and the T.V. was large and great. Really liked the towels and toiletries. The pillows were very comfortable. Very good location to get to many places. Breakfast was pretty good. And the coffee bar provided free coffee most of the day.

The faucet in the sink sprayed a bit wildly but that is minor. There was a tiny bit more noise than some places we have stayed but, again, minor.

I liked being able to walk on the first floor to my room, The staff was wonderful checking in and out. However unfortunately someone had been opening and slamming their doors next to me till 11:15 pm. Which kept me awake and gave me a headache. I did let the staff in the morning know about, since the staff at night couldn't do anything about it. The room was large, comfortable and easy to get around. I would book this venue again.

Noisy, restless neighbors.

Everything was very good, expect breakfast. Everything else was great, clean, renovated, all appliances in the room, such as an iron, hair dryer, etc., the bedding is new and fresh.

The fruits were withered, the bread was stale (like bricks), the food replenished slowly. We asked about fresh bread and were told that breakfast time would soon be over🤷‍♀️.

The room was very large and very comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels. This is a newer property and very nice. The guest laundry was very clean and it is so nice to have it available. The fitness room was also nice with good variety of equipment to use.

There was a nice refrigerator in the room but it wasn’t plugged in and no outlet to plug it into. The breakfast was only fair. There were eggs but they were burnt on the bottom.

Want to mention the wonderful girl at the front desk. Christine was so wonderful. Made sure my reservation was perfect and even called me to verify everything was correct and ready for Me!! I didn’t get her name but the girl in housekeeping did a fantastic job getting my room ready for me. Breakfast was good. Good selection and hot food. Not just donuts and fruit!

Super clean and friendly. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but it was welcomed and good. Only the coffee needs work... but that's being picky. New place, so hopefully, it will stay fresh. Shout out to MJ at the front desk at check-in. Super friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out.

Coffee for one. The jacuzzi had way too much chlorine, but I do understand that it's a public place.

The location of the hotel is safe but near the freeway to hear trucks driving by late in the evening. A sound machine for kids to listen to would be helpful. The kids felt scared to hear loud traffic noises
