That Destiny was willing to make sure that I could do a cash deposit for the room she did everything she could for us as well as Becky she was just as awesome helping her to get that done for us.Not to mention that Eric was great as well he was always there to help. These are the kind of people that make a hotel stay better when your trip was longer then you expected because they actually show they do care about people and their jobs..They all deserve a raise and recognition for all they do when things are hectic....The lady that prepares breakfast didn't get her name but her as well was very attentive to everyone's needs....We will be back ......

We always get on the road VERY early. It would be amazing if at least one chain would offer an "early bird grab & go" option, maybe by request the evening before? otherwise breakfast doesn't really go down in the "plus column"

pool temp was a bit too cold for enjoyment, but hot tub temp was good.

The property is easy to access from the freeway and close to everything. The staff were very helpful. The property is undergoing renovation but all was good for me.

The location was great for traveling through Kingman. Easy to access right off the freeway and very close to Culver’s😋

Excellent parking, big, clean bathroom, comfy bed.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that my oatmeal was slightly too thin. It was a really great stay!

The staff was great and the items left for guests to use were luxurious like shampoo, etc

The security was non existent the side door had a broken lock and did swing open

I found this property to be extremely nice, the clerk when checking me in was so kind and helpful. I loved how easy it was to get to and how close to the interstate. We had a queen suite and it was huge! I have never stayed in a room so big before. The beds were very comfortable. We missed breakfast, due to getting a later start then planned the next morning. but The area they served it was very big and looked nice.

There was food left in the mini fridge from a previous guest. This made me question what else might have been overlooked while being cleaned.

Arrived late in the evening and staff was very helpful and generous in their time.

Property was great. Location was great although street noise was noticed.
