I loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff was, there was not a lot of traffic inside which I loved. The place was really clean, and the views were amazing. There were so many options for food and beverages, and I felt really safe with the security around. This was my and my family first time here and it exceeded my expectations.

I really wish it had a Starbucks or a smoothie shop for those with kids, but honestly there was really nothing bad that I can say about this place.

The skin lotion is extremely wonderful smells so good

Communication on when my security deposit would be great it's been 6 days now and it has Not been returned to my account.

The staff were friendly and great! The bellhop and the valet are free and work for tips, so it’s nice that you don’t have to pay a fee on top of the tips. They provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms for the coffee machine or drinking. The AC unit for our room kept it really nice and cold. Would stay here again!

The beds weren’t the greatest, I woke up pretty sore. The elevators were a little slow. Not really any complaints.

Check-in and Check-out was easy. Finding the room was easy. The bathroom was clean and it had its accessories (hair dryer, coffee maker, extra toilet paper, and tissue box. The beds were comfortable, sheets smelled clean we had enough pillows. I requested a river view room and the view was great, specially at dawn. Great vacation time.

The elevator in the parking lot felt like I was going to go through it. I didn't realize I could have ordered a mini fridge. Limited TV channels specially for kids. The arcade room for kids was small and didn't have a lot after a while they were bored. Need more games

The water pressure and temperature of shower in our room was phenomenal! I told my husband we should stay another night, just so we could experience the shower again. Lol The bed and pillows were very comfy,too. Of all the lodging that is available in Laughlin, we always come back to the Edgewater. The hot tub as always, was very relaxing.

The restaurants choices are limited for our own personal tastes. Other than that, we'll be back!

Room was clean and the beds are confortable and clean, I have the pool view and it was nice to see and enjoy the sun it comes from the window. Nice place, the casino is good and pink donuts is a plus.

I just didn't like the weather, next time I will choose another month to visit and enjoy the river.

Its was alright got a upgrade

Pricing for some reason it charged a bit more then it said on booking. Even upgrade was alright but the lady at the front desk said it has 2 beds and i get to the room only 1 bed. Dont get me wrong it was nice room. But sone the couchs there had rips in them and i made sure i took pocs before anything else. But besides that over all it was great

We were very pleased to check in very smoothly.

As we were checking out I wasn't aware we were to use the kiosk. As I was rudely told as the male was checking in a couple, he looked at me and said, " can't you read, you check out the kiosk"!. As I continued to stand in line, due to both kiosks were not registering the ID when you placed it in its designated location. As I stood there without any acknowledgement. ( 20 mins) I walked to a Female walking the floor of she could please assist me since I was being ignored and I really needed to head out. I thanked her and left.

We liked having the restaurants in the hotel. It was very convenient not having to travel around finding a place to eat. The convenience of having a person to deliver our luggage to our room was great and they were a friendly staff. Edgewater is very clean and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens and we enjoyed the river view. We highly recommend and will definitely plan another trip.

A small refrigerator and microwave in the room would have been nice to have for extra water and making tea.

Everyone of the employees were awesome! From the people on the casino floor, to the people behind the cash cage, to house keeping and room attendants … everyone was friendly and great at their jobs.

Even though I had a suite with a living room and a jakuzi, everything in the room was run-down and old, from the sofa to the bed to the furniture.
