Not a gambler, but wanted to experience Laughlin just to say I did. The town definitely gives off an "old Vegas" vibe. Nice view from the top (18th floor). Room was basic - a touch dated, but bed was comfortable. Had a nice dinner at the Outback Steakhouse on the property. The boardwalk adjacent to the river was just ok - the section of the Colorado River that runs past the casinos is really nothing to write home about - water levels were kind of low, resulting in a less then pleasing smell.

I arrived 20 minutes before check-in time - had to pay a $20 early check-in fee. Sure, I could have wandered around for 20 minutes - but they also could have waived it. It wasn't like they were sold out.

We had a Laughlin Strip view that was pleasant with the river in the background. They have 2 towers, both have wide hallways, clean carpet, ice, soda machines, and super fast elevators,. The rooms are very modern and nice, with a full pane window to view out, with value oricing makes the trip pleasant to eat out and play more.

Nothing. I have always had excellent experience staying at the Aquarious; very friendly atmosphere, good food, nice clean property, and the room is always nice, modern, super comfortable, 2 extra pillows standard, great Cable TV, furniture, and angled full pane windows are a bonus. The bathrooms are modern and comfortable.

The room was beautiful, and our panoramic views were awesome! I found the bed a little to firm for my liking, but it was doable for the amount of time we were there. Check in was fast and easy.

I prefer a medium firm mattress. It would have been nice if we would have been allowed to pull our boat trailer through the entrance to offload our luggage. It was inconvenient for us to drop the boat trailer to just pull our vehicle through to load up and unload. I also did not care that trailer parking was across the street without any security.

The room was very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed that there was more than just 2 coffees in the room. Most of the other Resorts only leave 1 or 2 coffees for the Guest usually 1-regular & 1-de-caf. I prefer regular and there were actually 4 I was very pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable and i had a nice view of the River as well as the Mountains. The Front Desk Staff as well as the Valet were all very friendly.

I'm not sure if it was my phone or my carrier but I couldn't send or receive text messages anywhere on the property inside or outside ? That's the only thing I didn't like. I tried to connect to the WI-FI unfortunately it still couldn't send or receive texts I couldn't even let Valet know I was ready for my vehicle until I gave them my ticket #.

Very comfortable bed, very clean rooms and main facility. Great food in pasta restaurant. Good breakfast in cafe. Easy checkout. Nice staff when i asked a question

I would like a facilities map on your tv screen. You probably want us to walk all around, but a map so we knew which direction to find, like the pasta restaurant. We can’t be around smoking, so that wasn’t good. But filtration system was good, not big gamblers anymore so we were overwhelmed by the macho es. Deterred us from dropping a few bucks. But, we’re old…ya know can’t teach old dogs new tricks. Ha

The hotel is is in a great location with river views from certain locations. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were good. The staff at check in were nice and easy to talk to.

It's not that we didn't like anything, but the non smoking tower we stayed in did not have its own connected parking structure, so the walk to the car and back was much longer, which was parked in the outside lot, and hot due to the time of year we were there.

Check in was fast n easy , security was visible.

could be a lot better if the boat trailers/ jet ski trailers didn’t take up all the car parking stalls it was very very hard to get out. We could’ve use the parking garage but didn’t want to by choice for our safety. Also we were placed in the KIDS TOWER when we didn’t have kids in our reservation brought it to the desk lady n still left us there. All we heard was running, jumping, screaming didn’t move because we were too tired n this was at 10 pm.

The room was very clean and fresh. I like the fact the AC was on for us already. The pillows were super comfy not too hard or soft and extra pillows on the side. Fridge kept our drinks cold too. Overall, we loved the room.

Shower is not ideal for a tall person. If you're over 6 feet your arms gonna hit the top. No sure why they made them like that but aside from that all good. The view was not that great but what can you do. Still was able to see some of the river.

The hotel staff were wonderful

All most all of the casino staff were awsome but the 2 that weren't, sucked and it did keep me from going back to the only open roulette table open when they were running the table, the restaurant was lacking in staff for the whole 5 days I was there and had to wait 20 - 30 minutes to be seated even when the line was short and it didn't matter what time of day you are there.

Loved the location and view of the river. Casino is so nice and all the employees were awesome. We went to Harras casino just to check it out and it was not friendly at all. The person at the bar only attended to regulars it seemed like and wouldn’t ask if we needed anything else. Food was amazing and the prices were reasonable.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. Everything and everyone was excellent.
