We have made a trip to the Avi once a year for the last 3 years and really like everything about the resort but unfortunately the 3 times we've stayed have always been in the winter so it's been too cold to enjoy the pool/beach areas which are just lovely. This last stay we had a room viewing the pool/river view and loved it. The golf course was the first attraction for us with very reasonable rates for Avi guests.

Have run into problems with reservations for the last two years, spending many hours on the phone to rectify the problems. Both times I dialed direct to the hotel and they put me through to booking agents. IF I book again next year, I'll either insist on booking directly at the hotel or book through another agent. We stayed for 7 nights this year and found the food services got old but do agree that there is definitely options at the food court. Another reasonably priced restaurant option would be nice to have. Also found the casino floor very, very smoky this year so would like to see no smoking or better ventilation. Both my husband and I, as well as the other 4 in our party, felt the machines really didn't pay out much this year and therefore, had less fun losing our $$$.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was a good location for our journey on Route 66 (just off the R66 by Needles) it was very good value for the nights cost. Self parking Carpark was covered and free and easily accessible from the hotel. It had a good-sized cupboard with a bag stand, coat hangers, and a safe.

There were a few long dark hairs in the bath and on the towels. There was no rail to hang the hand towel on in the bathroom. And a couple of the last tenants rubbish items on the floor. No spare toilet roll. Three lightbulns were out around the bed.

The room was very good, large comfy bed and fridge with amazing views to the river and mountains, 2 large lovely swimming pools with plenty of space, when we were there and it has a beach by the river but a bit cold for swimming in the river at that time. Short drive across river to Arizona to supermarkets and.more restaurants. Cinema there although we didn't use it. Large car park . The pool closed at 9pm so no outside noise that we noticed from our room. The grill restaurant was good - huge steaks

Bit remote - no where to walk to and it was a bit of a drive into Laughlin or Bull City across river.

The bed n the room was very comfortable. The pool was okay a little murky on the slide side but then we moved over to the private pool. That one was clearer

What I didn't like was that the A/C filter in our room was dirty the air vent in the restroom was dirty, the drain in the shower was slow. When we got the to hotel it seem as though our room was not clean thoroughly. The headboard of the bed was so dusty.

The room was big for two and the pool, was good until the weekend and then the kids running every where and all of them in the hot tub even the little kids which they shouldn't be in there at there age. splashing and swimming in the hot tub instead of sitting and relaxing no control these parents.

The room was nice the hotel and work out facility was real nice. the mad on our floor was real nice. The golf course was really nice and the food was good too. Real Happy with over all everything except the pool on the weekends.

the staff at the Returaunts were absolutely RUDE.. they also turned away a big group of us who were there to celebrate my dad's birthday... Didn't like the the new pool rules either I'm diabetic and should be allowed to bring in water and a snack .... for myself and daughter ... staff take their job wayyy too seriously and are rude

The resort is great, the pool and river each. The amount of food and drink locations as well as the drinks offered at the pool all make it a good time.

This resort could be a 10/10 if most of staff was not rude. Of course, there is some good ones that are friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Although, a majority is not that way and very rude as well as inexperienced at their jobs. Food takes long, rude attitudes, and inconveniences due to people just not being nice makes me think twice before coming back.

The property is very nice and have lots of things to do with your family. Arcade, pool. Beach area. Movie theater. Kids place. Food court. And a nice casino with live music.

Everything was nice about the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the room. The tube was not clean and was dripping water from the shower head. The tub was very dirty. Also, the carpen I. The room was very dirty. Full of stains for heaven knows what..

The location is fine it’s really not that big of a casino, we are from Las Vegas and i used to work at Treasure Island. Food is good

We’ve stayed here 3-4 times in the last few years this time I bring my family we got two rooms, and me and my wife’s bed and the bed next to ours was horrible, it should be thrown right out the window, the middle sinks in, wifes shoulder was killing her. Never stayed on a worse mattress. Also read the same on some yelp about the matresses. You guys need to invest in customers comfort. Sorry the truth

Machines were horrible. No cell service. For those reasons I won't be back. My wife got food poison from a chicken sandwich st Subway and threw up for 2 days.
