Very good price for sizing of room as well we had our blind friend so it was perfect , right in the entrance of the town so you can’t miss it , no hand soap ,

I wish there was a gate or something that closes the property just because it does seem to be a sketchy area most things online say they are open but the town is like all boarded up , I’m sure most people don’t stay for vacation but overall weird town but good experience at the end we made it home safe what looked like a homeless man yelled racial slurs at us when buying snacks a lot of looks but it is a railroad town mind your business and you’ll be fine

We needed a room for one night. I completed the reservation through booking after arriving at the reception. When the receptionist checked for the reservation number, he recognized I had made the reservation for the following night, and for the day's night, only more expensive rooms were available, what I then accepted, making a new reservation. The receptionist advised me to call Booking immediately to cancel the wrong reservation for a refund, what I did. In addition, I sent an email to Booking with details. We'll, booking told me the hotel needed to confirm for a refund, what the lady did. Emails went back and forth, with booking at some point stating that there was no refund. At this point, I went back to the reception, after explaining the situation, the lady said, she would solve the problem directly and refund me in case I would get a charge. We'll, today about 2 weeks later there was no charge for the wrong booking, so problem solved. In any case I would like to thank the lady, forgot her name, to have stepped up to the occasion and in some way helped to save me from another night charge. In addition, the room was clean, comfortable, large and quiet.

Really nothing to complain about. A good place to stay.

It was extremely comfortable and pretty clean. For the price the hotel is amazing! Plus the staff for extremely friendly and unlike motels/hotels in the price range this one even had a few basic breakfast options.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t the end of the world.

Easy to find in the little town; staff was friendly; rooms were very clean and well kept; bed was comfortable; very good value.

The only negative is that "breakfast" consisted of coffee or tea, and cereal or muffin. There was a note that this was due to covid, which seemed like an excuse.

Location was perfect in the centre of Needles and provided straight forward access to amenities and nearby attractions. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful. Parking was simple.

The staff responded instantly to questions and requests. Everything worked, This is an older building nicely kept up, The bed was comfortable with four nice fluffy pillows. There are nice water saving fixtures that really work. The air conditioning kept the room cool (pretty big job in Needles). The refrigerator didn't freeze my groceries, and was unusually quiet The advertised "soundproof walls" nearly are - the only noises I heard came through the window and door in the front. I like simple comfort and privacy

The hotel is in a part of town that looks run-down, but when I was outside I felt perfectly saf, but there isn't much to do within walking distaIt was pleasantly quiet. I always wish for a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment so I can freeze ice packs and water bottles, but the one I got was the standard motel model with the tiny freezer space inside the fridge that doesn't actually freeze things.

The receptionist was very sweet and helpful when checking in/out. Our room was very simple and just what we needed. The motel itself is decently clean and has lots of parking close to the rooms.

the interior has recently been updated, great set up with fridge, all new shower and bathroom, great AC, linens. the location is great, just a little off 40 so you don’t hear the noise. easy to get to food and the river. The owners are wonderful and you can’t beat the price. nice to find a small family owned place.

Very clean room, with all needed for a night to stay when you are on a road. Very friendly personnel, the breakfast was light but included all you would expect: fresh coffee, eggs, several types of cereals and toasts etc. My car had a trailer and the parking was not an issue, and the parking area is clean and lighted up. highly recommend!

Good location not too near the highway, but near enough as we just needed a place to rest for a night on a long drive. It was clean, the staff was kind, and the area seems safe.
