You actually catch a ferry across the lake to this casino. If you book a room the ferry is free. Beautiful spot.

No information in the online booking about catching ferry, google maps was telling us to drive 1 1/2hrs around the lake from Havasu city

Location was good staff was friendly, clean and modern facility. Great photo art in the rooms. Minimalist decor but comfy. Liked their bath products. Comfortable bed. Loved the band Midnight Rider in the lounge. Liked having the coffee service and refrigerator in the room and coffee at the front desk.

No free drinks while gambling( I understand it's the law but could have sold them for $1dollar) Out of some items at restaurant. Senior "Meet Market" vibe at times. Unexpected "land use charge" in addition to the ferry charges. Need some more table games-eg"Texas Hold-' em or 5 card poker games

Rooms were nice and clean. The whole facility was clean! Breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! Dinner was decent, the server was great! Young man with partially dyed blond hair on top was beyond great, very friendly, accommodating, and took really good care of our party of 10. Kids enjoyed the pool and the little arcade they had. Casino is a bit small but fun. Roger at the customer service desk in the casino was amazing, super friendly, and very helpful! Got us a room discount when we signed up for a players card! Lucy at the front lobby desk was amazing! Super friendly, and took great care of us! All the employees were very friendly and had great customer service skills. We were very impressed with this resort! Hubby said the bloody Mary's were really good, too! There's a ferry that leaves every hour on the half hour to take you to the Arizona side where there were numerous places to eat and more sites to see. Only 4$ per person round trip. We will definitely stay here again when visiting!

The only thing we did not like (which has nothing to do with this amazing hotel/casino) was there was nothing to do in the area. We stayed at the hotel because our family was camping at the RV campsite next to the resort. All the bars, restaurants, and stores are across the lake, which is either by ferry, or you can drive over an hour around to get there. But we would still stay here again!!

Front desk staff, breakfast service was very good.

Bar staff and dinner staff could have been so much better. At at bar a couple of times and the two bartenders waited on several people they knew that were there after us and only waited on us when we complained for a bit. When we went to the restaurant for dinner and wanted a drink with our dinner complained about having to get us drinks from the bar. It was not busy in the restaurant there were only 2 other tables at the time.

My sister and I loved everything from check in and out, to our room comfort and cleanliness to the friendliness of all the employees including the TuKuKan restaurant employees (Brenda E, Monica, and Jeremiah). We also enjoyed the ferry rides we took across the lake and back. The ferry employees were also very nice and respectful.

There is nothing I can think of that we didn’t like.

I have to say that this hotel was the best on my trip around the American desert region. I mistakenly booked a room for a wrong day and I arrived the day after my booking. That was no problem for the staff and they fixed it like it was nothing. All the hotels don't do that an I have mistakenly done that also previously. Room was really nice and clean and updated, which is exceptional in this price range in the US. Was really nice an comfortable stay, even for just one night.

Havasu Landing Ferry to Havasu Lake City ( London Bridge Area, English Village ) was also Great. A must do while at Havasu Landing Resort Casino. I love that it’s quiet and smoke free. Having a free ferry take us to the city was amazing. My view of the lake was excellent and I love that you had an arcade for the kids. Food was delicious as well

Great location. The grounds are kept nice and the hotel is clean.

The mattresses in the rooms are getting old and they need to be replaced. Starting to feel lumpy and uncomfortable.

The bed was the most comfortable bed and the bedding absolutely is a 10 out of 10… I thoroughly got the most wonderful night of sleep that I’ve had a very long time

We were checking in after the last ferry ride over so we had to drive an hour and a half out of the way to get there and I just feel there’s gotta be a better way.
