The breakfast was good, considering what's usualy available at hotels in the US. The scrambled eggs & sausage were decent. The view from the dining area is pretty cool. The bar in the lobby was a great idea, as we stopped on our way back to the room to buy a glass of wine. The bartender gave us a couple of plastic glasses, so we could get some ice for the wine to take up to our room. That was the service we paid extra for.

The oatmeal was really watery and thin. I was hoping for a nice thick cereal, but i could have almost consumed it through a straw. A big selection of cheeses and meats, and good bread, would have been wonderful. We got spoiled by hotel breakfasts in Europe. Our room was quiet, but next time, I would ask for a room on the other side of the building, so we could face the river, rather than a building.

Never got my room cleaned the whole time I was there. I had my cat in the room and I figured out they won't come in. The front desk should have contacted me to set up a cleaning time with me when I checked in. They knew I had a cat. Very mellow by the way. I couldn't sit there all day waiting for them so I could be there to take him out while they cleaned. Other than that everything was fine.

We loved Everything and the request I made for 2 rooms with a adjoining doors was awesome had a wonderful accommodations the rooms were amazing and I appreciate having the adjoining rooms the breakfast was amazing also and I did tell that to the lady that was prepping breakfast everyone was so friendly so we found a new hotel for future stay in Havasu thank you

Loved the staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. The night auditor who was scheduled on 7/18-7/19 was truly the best and went out of her way to satisfy our room needs. Also our first rooms refrigerator wasn't working and they were quick to find another room where one was working.

I don't think I disliked anything.

The breakfasts were outstanding. The gym allowed for a complete workout. The hotel had all the important amenities. The hotel was clean. Our stay was enjoyable with a staff that responded to our requests. Your refrigerator actually kept things cold!

My biggest issue was the room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. We arranged to have a clean on the 3rd day, but no one showed up. Our wastebaskets were overflowing, we ran out of everything...shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, and toilet tissue. For a Hilton, that's a shocker! Even condos are cleaned every 3 days! I strongly recommend you service the rooms more frequently. The mattress was not as firm as most hotel mattresses.

The pillows were much better than the ones at the Hampton Inn in Bakersfield. It’s quiet.

The check-in at breakfast is a little different. But can respect that maybe the property has been having some issues of non-guests coming in? The barn door style bathroom door is a huge turn off. It makes the bathroom not private at all. And with no exhaust fan to turn on, everyone in the room hears EVERYTHING out of the bathroom.

The lady who checked us in was welcoming, the bottles of water on arrival were a nice touch. Rooms were a good size and beds and pillows comfortable. The pool area was lovley, ample seating, pool was nice. Good breakfast, not loads of choice but the waffles tasted good

Just to be picky, the air conditioning unit was quite loud in the room

The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. It's a great location and we chose a room with a view of the lake. It's clean and the breakfast area is very nice with a huge window to see the lake while enjoying your delicious food. There's a great restaurant called ChaBones in walking distance as well as a cool bar with live music Jeremy's Juke Joint. The boutique shopping area is also in walking distance. I highly recommend!

The staff were great from the cleaners to the front desk and breakfast staff. Anyone I encountered were welcoming.

My couch was broken so when the bed was pulled out it leaned in I had to wedge the foot stand underneath. I think having a blanket in the room already for the couch bed would’ve save me a trip down to the front desk. The couch had stains all over the cushions. Also would’ve like to have hands soap in our room.

The door would not shut without great effort 207. The little fridge whined all night. It smelled odd in the room. The app key worked about 25% of the time, so we went and got physical cards, which worked great.
