clean, staff was friendly , helpful, handicap parking was greatly appreciated, the luggage carriers had new wheels on them (that was a great Help!!!) the manager gave us another room quickly since our assigned room was not ready for us. ,

the first room assigned to us was not ready, there was problem programing the key cards for the room? they would not stay programed more then a few hours, it took four trips to have them reprograms before they would stay programed.

Overall the Hotel was Quiet, Clean and it was really worth the Stay. Had a Pool and a SPA The Frontdesk was very Helpfull and nice to us

The Hotel is is older and could use some renovation on some Spots........ There where "some Problems" with the First Room... Luckyli we were able to Speak with the Hotel Manager at the Front desk. He solved the Problem Quickly and we recieved a new Room, and as excuse, he gave us one with a Balcony!

The location was fantastic. Considering we were there during the hot air balloon festival, we first got a room, and then at a great rate for the location. We have never paid so much for a Motel 6, but you can tell that it had been another, higher quality hotel that had been turned into a Motel 6. Over all, it was clean, quiet, and in the center of things.

The location was great! beautiful view of the lake and a short walk to the beach. As well as a short drive to nearby beaches and spots. Also very near the famous London Bridge. The staff were really helpful and had some great recommendations.

My only complaint is the bathtub we had in our room. The bathtub seemed to be peeling and when we washed off sand in the shower tub, the peeling made it difficult to properly flush the sand out of the tub.

There was no breakfast. The facility was very nice. They need to work a little bit on the landscaping on the outside a lot of dead trees need to clean up a little bit the outside, but overall, it was a great experience.

The outside landscaping grass his dad trees are dying. Pool could use a bit of furbishing.

Location is awesome, staff helped us on any little issues we had . No hassles on check in or out , friendly staff.

It is a older hotel and is needing to be upgraded . A smell in the hallway.. not sure what it was or where it was coming from. Need more towels in the room. Need lmore accessible power outlets by the beds

room was great. bed was great. location was suitable! loved the no fee for our little dog. enjoyed the location close to sights, and restaurants with a short drive

shower/tub drain was super slow, standing in ankle deep water while showering. could have used some paint and attention in the bathroom.

This is a beautifully updated place. I didn’t realize until arriving that it was Motel 6 related. That concerned me. I found there was no need for that concern.

There was an outage of wifi one day but we were checking out and it didn’t affect us.

Friendly staff. Proximity to viewing of Xmas boat parade. Good hot water & heating. Room was spacious.

No breakfast or ice machines. Room had stove , refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher but no utensils, cookware or dishes. TV could have been bigger & bathroom was just okay.

The staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. We loved our room with a balcony facing the lake. Next time we will try to get a room on the remodeled floors.
