Parking space included with 2nd floor apartments - cooking facilities ( not used) as well as large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Laundry facilities also available on site. Well equipped for up to 6 people. Table & chairs outside on balcony area - lovely for breakfast and early evening drinks. Each block of apartments has its own pool area.

Were too far from London Bridge site to walk it - we were aware of this but it may deter some bookers

The view over the pool & the front condos to Lk Havasu was nice. We enjoyed sitting around the pool as wasnt busy at all. So nice to have laundry facilities that were free to use--they even offer soap packets!

The traffic noise--we didn't sit out on our deck or leave our sliding door open as the traffic from Hwy 95 & Lk Havasu road that runs in front of Havasu Dunes resort was noisy. Our bedroom was at the back of the condo so was quiet at night.

The parking was a little tight, but everything else made me overlook that. The pool and pool area were quiet, clean, and very inviting. The rooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well stocked. The 6 person dining table was a great spot to get some work done. The AC is super cold which was nice coming in from the heat. The cell service and wifi were a little slow, but we were on vacation, so no big deal.

Slow wifi, lack of cell service, tight parking spot. The only one of those you could fix is they wifi, but like I said, the rest of the resort made up for those minor inconveniences.

The location and amenities were great. The the whole property was well cared for and clean. We would stay here again.

We stayed in a studio, which was really a one bedroom (this was great). The area we have complaint about is the freezer, it is part of a small refrigerator but the door was a flap. This made it difficult to create ice. It would have been great to have an ice machine on the property.

Ceiling fan in master bedroom didn’t work. (We declined maintenance- did not want someone in the room and on the bed to repair.) Bathrooms had hair left on floors and bath mat Key cards stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed lock Front desk literally counted out 6 paper coffee pot filters when we asked for them when only 2 were in our room when we arrived- appeared stingy.

Location! Good value for money and extra parking for big vehicles! Very very clean and lovely smelling soap. Good location as it was close to everywhere

Slightly noisy when we were outside as we were on the front row looking onto the road but the sunset of a night made it worth it! :).

Loved this place! I loved the location, the space, the bed, the cleanliness, and they have basically all accessories, including seasonings!!! We have toddlers and this place doesn’t worry about guests downstairs and honestly it’s better, oh and they have 2 parking spaces assigned for each room which we so appreciate!!! This is where we will always stay when visiting Havasu!

We really enjoy our trip to Lake Havasu. The apartment style unit we had was great. The bed and sofa sleeper were comfortable. The unit, pool and grounds were clean. I wish Worldmark had places like this everywhere.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property or service. We were very happy.

Looks can be deceiving. You may look on the outside or the age of the resort and assume it's not up to part. But I can honestly tell you, this resort is a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations. Our friends were also impressed and said this is only place they will stay moving forward. The apartment was clean, roomy, up to date, very modern appearance and had all the amenities we were seeking. The shower even has shampoo, conditioner and body wash of great quality.

No restaurant on-site but there are many options in the area.

Clean and unit well apppointed mini. Comfortable and cozy. Everything one needs for 2 week stay was in the limited kitchen. Best sofa sleeper ive ever been on. Liked 2 TVs.

Communication between staff and guests could improve. Use text more often to notify of water line break, what days newspaper available, saturday and tuesday social hours, where trash and recycle is, that there is even recycle, how housekeeping is handled for longer stays...mostly we didnt know. Be helpful if there was a info sheet in room. Folks in mini suites should be informed lakeview is directly in line with 2 buzy roads. We were blessed as they could accomodate us elsewhere.
