Location, the bedrooms kitchens with 2 bathrooms and balcony the resort pool, beds pillows comfortable, the friendly staff, the activities for kids the nightclub the restaurant the quick walk to the shops and main restaurants and the view of the bridge

The small amount of parking spots The orange wristband resort ongoing checkpoints It was very tacky and unpleasant, people kept asking us if we would sell any extra wristbands we might have. We absolutely didn’t have any but we thought it was weird and unprofessional and we felt uncomfortable with this orange wristband process. Kids don’t keep these wristbands on so you should not expect them to have them on, I see why adults need to be accounted for but maybe you could find a different procedure that’s more professional or practical

Good bed; beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean room. We enjoyed walking around the outdoor area and around the lake. The pizza restaurant and coffee shop were good and within close walking distance to the hotel. We could watch the lake activity from the outdoor seating at the restaurant. Other restaurants were a quick walk or drive away.

This wasn’t the quietest room we have had. There was a big gap around the door to our sleeping space, and we could hear people in the hall that sounded as if they were at our door (maintenance, cleaning service, peoples’s conversations). We were very disappointed in the restaurant that was part of the hotel. The bar overlooking the pool was very relaxing; the bartender was personable, friendly and excellent.

Loved our stay here , it was only an overnight stay on our road trip in Arizona so glad that we stopped , the staff from checking in to leaving where fabulous, we ate in Martini Bay , the food and service where excellent , plus a beautiful sunset , our room was superb, with everything we needed and more sad we couldn’t stay longer , my partner was thrilled to see London Bridge as he had walked over it when he was a boy over the Thames so very nostalgic trip to him . Thanks again highly recommend staying 😃

Everything!!! We got a free room upgrade as it was our first time there which was nice, the hotel itself is very nice!! The pool bars and food are all top notch

Cheaper prices in convenience store and maybe a little less racism. I'm a Latin American born and raised in the country yet some of your staff said some remarks that almost made me leave... aside from that all was great

Wow! Book the two bedroom suite if you have 3 or more! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Having TWO bathrooms was a great luxury as was the kitchenette. We were lucky to be on the bridge view side and it was magical, even at night. Nicest man checking us in! The Laundry room was something we really needed. Between washing and drying it worked out to $5 a load. Try to have some cash on hand to get quarters in the laundry or you can pay by phone. Best surprise was having free WiFi in every room. The room description made it look like WiFi was only available in the business center. We came in the off season so make sure you have any excursions or rentals sewn up in advance. This place looks much nicer in person than the photos. Very pleased.

Great location. Great rooms with large kitchen area and comfortable beds. We were in a one bedroom suite. Pool was refreshing and fun. Near everything you need from stores to restaurants and water fun rentals.

The Kokomo noise. It was a holiday weekend so it was expected. Thank goodness for ear plugs and white noise.

Love the location all the decoration. Front desk was amazing and so is housekeeping.

Martini Bay was probably the worst experience we ever had in our lives as customers. You had a chance to make so much money and a good impression with Vegas industry and totally blew it. I would never recommend sitting at a table at Martine Bay again. PS. The bartenders are Amazing

I felt like I was about 40 years too old for the place - Spring Break would be a nightmare I suspect - but other than some high spirits there wasn't any trouble. And it was very very hot.

The fact that the lady who checked us in went over a range of rooms available for us and the one we picked she was very concerned we wouldn’t care for the music from the night club. It was nothing like she made it out to be. Must’ve been a tame night. We slept like newborns!

I would’ve liked liquid creamer for my morning coffee. That’s really not a bad thing. It’s just the only thing I could think of.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Nate was amazing! We are FBA’s and we received exceptional hospitality!

The maintenance guy knocked on our door and hour before check out to get into our room to change air filters. However, the other great experiences definitely overrides this hiccup. It was slow on a Sunday. Not many ppl.
