While the reception area was under construction , the set up they had was excellent 👍, great location, clean room, comfortable bed, new fixtures and showers, ice was available 😀, we took over the pool all day for 5 days 😆, never interrupted anyone BTW, fun spot, pool is great, and clean, lots of seating too! I would suggest having a few umbrellas over some of the seating, but the place is getting a whole revamping, so im sure that its in the works... rooms are smaller, but to be honest even as a bigger girl, it was cozy, with killer AC!!! We were here at 118° and you couldn't even tell, the new windows and shades are superior in keeping your room an icebox if you please. We will Definitely come back again and again. We felt home, not judged for playing our music at the pool and just laughing and having a blast 😄. We are clean, so we made sure we cleaned up our mess. I can't say enough about this place! Phenomenal!

Parking is tight, but even big trucks and a full lot, i still had a place to park with my handicap ♿️ plaque. But that's not their fault...

Great price for a good location and clean, modern amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in the mornings was an added plus. Although still being revamped, we would certainly stay here again.

My confirmation of booking mentioned that the room would have a microwave. This was not there when we arrived. Once I had raised the issue with staff, however, they were very quick to accommodate and get one for us.

The location was perfect. Close to the bridge, casino ferry, and food, etc. The view was beautiful as well. The staff was very accommodating and awesome.. My husband and I were traveling with my mother-in-law, who is disabled. They made sure to have a shower chair and room close to the ramp to get in a lit easier. The bed was so comfortable (I have had 2 back surgeries, so I was praying it would be), and it was very quiet. The price was excellent for the area and the room. We would definitely stay there again.

The shower didn't have a hand wand, so it was difficult for someone disabled (They may have it in other rooms, just not ours). Parking was a little tight as well but doable. They were doing construction on the main office area, but it didn't bother us at all since there was no noise, and we were able to check in at one of the rooms. The one thing I didn't like was they didn't have coffee makers in our room, but they did have it available at the check-in area starting at 7am.

No coffee in the room, coffee in the office not until 7 am. They are remodeling so seemed sort of messy around the grounds. Parking lot was messy with gravel scattered around. Parking is somewhat limited as the motel itself is squashed in between two other properties.

New hotel with quality and clean rooms. Microwave oven is available both in room and on reception. Very comfortable bed and a good view to the lake Havasu as a bonus. Coffee on the reception in the morning made my day.

The only concern is strange sound very similar to water drops in the area of ceiling over the sink. I don't know what was it but it was very annoying when I tried to get asleep. Thanks god that sound gone in about a half an hour. Microwave oven hit me with static electricity for several times. Something was wrong with the "ground" in my room.

Rooms were recently renovated to a very good standard, with the motel in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from London Bridge. Also there are several good restaurants in close proximity e.g. Angelina’s Italian Kitchen Whilst the foyer/reception are is still undergoing renovation, the staff at reception (Barb and Terri) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, dealing with any questions promptly and professionally.

The only criticisms of the room would be - that the ceiling lights were overly bright, and although a dimmer is fitted, it would be better to have provided separate bedside lights - it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, although coffee is available each morning at reception

The people there was so nice it was like angels and I forgot the lady that runs the hotel she was a blessing we need more like her and our other hotels around the world because she made you feel so welcome she always had a smile I told her how much deposit she looked at me like I was crazy she said we don't accept deposit it's no need she's very trusting I like her and I will be back

There's nothing else that could be better because it was excellent good hospitality so caring and so nice. We need more like her the way she runs that place is just it's excellent

Location was great for the bridge and restaurants - Mark was super helpful with the whole check in process and information about the area. Great overnight stop off !!

There were renovations happening but this did not disturb my stay - Check in is at Room 108. Rooms on the small side we had twin beds but this would not stop me staying again super clean and comfortable great over night stop off !!!

The rooms were recently remodeled and were great. The bed was really comfortable. Walking distance to the London Bridge. The lady that checked us in was so friendly.

We had a truck with a big trailer. If it wouldn't have been a slow weekday parking would have been difficult. The only sitting area outside was in the pool area. We wanted to sit outside and could not as the pool area closed at 9.

Excellent value for money and the lady on check in was so lovely and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Room was clean and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Feels newly renovated. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is that other guests were very loud and inconsiderate, smoking and talking outside our room until late. Then being so loud from 7am, even knocking on out door by mistake.
