Convenient locationn as a stopover for our journey from Grand Canyon to San Diego. Swimming pool was a bonus. Air conditioning in the room was good (and very necessary). No restaurant in the hotel but there are places to eat nearby, including the fantastic ‘In n Out burger’. Also a Safeway nearby to get provisions. Other than the lake, London Bridge and the facilities around it are the main draws to this town.

Breakfast is included but it was average. Ice machines were not working, nor was the laundry. The other main issue is not the hotel’s fault - Lake Havasu City is exceptionally hot! It was 43 degrees C when we were there in August and was going to get hotter later in the week . Night time temperatures were mid-30s. It makes going outside pretty unbearable.

Donna, the registration clerk in the morning crew was exceptionally friendly, efficient with the check in process. Polite and professional when explaining all the rules and "legal" stuff.

I was with a group of 15 plus people. Most of us checked in at the same time, but there were only 2 luggage dollies available which really slowed down moving luggage from cars to rooms. There were other people NOT in our group who needed dollies too but had to wait a long time for empty dollies to be returned to lobby.

Breakfast was exceptional with a lot to choose from. Great view of the London Bridge from our 4th floor room. Hotel was super close to the London Bridge.

Air conditioning was very noisy in our room. We were not told about the extra $100 deposit hold on our credit card. But I sent a message from your Booking.com site to the hotel, and they responded the next day. They clarified what the $100 was for and I appreciated that. It was taken off quite quickly.

This hotel is located at one end of the London Bridge. Our room had a great view of the bridge. We were swiftly checked in although we were quite early and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was big and I like that they have Dove products in regular size bottles rather than the ”sample” size ones you normally see. There was ample parking (free) outside and the wifi worked fine. The beds were super comfortable and had two kinds of pillows (soft and firm) which was nice. Breakfast was fine, standard choices with waffles, bagels, juices and coffee as well as bacon and eggs. Great location to see the bridge, there were some nice restaurants just across.

Nothing to complain about.

I liked room service was by request. The bathroom amenities were generous and the shower was exceptional, spacious and the water was always quick to warm up. The air conditioning was so good, I would forget how hot it was outside. The blinds were great at keeping out light. The room's appliances were nice to have, a fridge that worked well, a microwave for convenience, and a Keurig with some complementary k-cups. The location was spectacular, most of the heart of the lake-front shops were a 2 minute walk away.

Laundry room only seemed to accept quarters. The breakfast options were lacking through the weekdays.

Very clean and had great breakfast! Room had lots of storage areas and place to put snacks and other stuff on a counter. The maid would come and clean, everyday and even left my kids blankets folded with their bears neatly on the bed. A wonderful experience that we can’t wait to come back!

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a tub for our little ones but we made do with the shower.

Spacious and clean room in a newly completed hotel in an excellent location right next to the Lake Havasu London Bridge. Polite and helpful staff, ensuring that we got rooms next to each other. Very good breakfast.

Poor sound insulation in a room facing a busy road. Loud air conditioning. Safe lock did not work properly.

the hotel is centrally located. lobby is clean and accommodating. workout gym was surprisingly complete! walking distance to English village, restaurants and channel! room had a fantastic view and the big shower was nice!!!

wish it was a bit more affordable.

Almost everything!! Location was perfect. The staff was great under pressure as it was full at check in Saturday and it appeared that a young girl was being trained. View from room was great.

Breakfast!! Sunday mornings breakfast the sausage wasn't cooked completely and waffle mashing was out of order. IHOP for Monday it was and Tuesday we just headed out. So spent money we weren't planning on. Other than location, breakfast included was why we picked this hotel. So that was disappointing.

I didn’t realize how close this property is to the London Bridge!! Absolutely amazing! The room was clean, the staff was exceptional and it really is a killer location! The picture is from room 309

I do wish the breakfast had a few more cereal options and additional beverage options outside of juice and coffee.
