Convenient locationn as a stopover for our journey from Grand Canyon to San Diego. Swimming pool was a bonus. Air conditioning in the room was good (and very necessary). No restaurant in the hotel but there are places to eat nearby, including the fantastic ‘In n Out burger’. Also a Safeway nearby to get provisions. Other than the lake, London Bridge and the facilities around it are the main draws to this town.

Breakfast is included but it was average. Ice machines were not working, nor was the laundry. The other main issue is not the hotel’s fault - Lake Havasu City is exceptionally hot! It was 43 degrees C when we were there in August and was going to get hotter later in the week . Night time temperatures were mid-30s. It makes going outside pretty unbearable.

Donna, the registration clerk in the morning crew was exceptionally friendly, efficient with the check in process. Polite and professional when explaining all the rules and "legal" stuff.

I was with a group of 15 plus people. Most of us checked in at the same time, but there were only 2 luggage dollies available which really slowed down moving luggage from cars to rooms. There were other people NOT in our group who needed dollies too but had to wait a long time for empty dollies to be returned to lobby.

It is located just steps from the London Bridge Village. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The included breakfast was delicious plus they had an egg white omelette and turkey sausage. They also had a make it yourself pancake station. Plenty of breakfast options. Delicious coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was exceptional with a lot to choose from. Great view of the London Bridge from our 4th floor room. Hotel was super close to the London Bridge.

Air conditioning was very noisy in our room. We were not told about the extra $100 deposit hold on our credit card. But I sent a message from your Booking.com site to the hotel, and they responded the next day. They clarified what the $100 was for and I appreciated that. It was taken off quite quickly.

The hotel is new. Rooms are close to 4 star standard. We even got complimentary towels for the pool. The pool and breakfast were a little disappointing, but the hotel is close to 4 stars. Much better than the old Squire in at the Grand Canyon (Tusayan)

This hotel is located at one end of the London Bridge. Our room had a great view of the bridge. We were swiftly checked in although we were quite early and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was big and I like that they have Dove products in regular size bottles rather than the ”sample” size ones you normally see. There was ample parking (free) outside and the wifi worked fine. The beds were super comfortable and had two kinds of pillows (soft and firm) which was nice. Breakfast was fine, standard choices with waffles, bagels, juices and coffee as well as bacon and eggs. Great location to see the bridge, there were some nice restaurants just across.

Nothing to complain about.

the hotel is centrally located. lobby is clean and accommodating. workout gym was surprisingly complete! walking distance to English village, restaurants and channel! room had a fantastic view and the big shower was nice!!!

wish it was a bit more affordable.

Spacious and clean room in a newly completed hotel in an excellent location right next to the Lake Havasu London Bridge. Polite and helpful staff, ensuring that we got rooms next to each other. Very good breakfast.

Poor sound insulation in a room facing a busy road. Loud air conditioning. Safe lock did not work properly.

Location was awesome

They got rid of waffles and out of our two morning breakfasts we got bacon one day and potatoes one day would have liked them both days. Pool area had no lounge chairs

We arrived a little early but staff would not let us checkin until 3 pm, other hotels I've stayed at have always allowed an early checkin an 1 - 1 1/2 hours before checkin times.
