The large room with bonus living room was great! The beds were very comfortable. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Love the grassy and beach areas and the pool was perfect not too crowded but certainly a lot of people. Nice to have the beach towels already in the room when we arrived. Loved the availability of the bikes, we went for a ride every day. Loved that we could put the Hobie Cat right at the beach. I felt safe and noticed security present both day and night. The wings at the naked turtle were really tasty.

Our room wasn't ready until 4:45, so we had to wait. The sidewalk from the turtle to building B needed to be swept of the sand. (Probably all of the sidewalks needed it, but that's the one I walked on the most) Security needs to enforce the rule of taking down the shade pup ups on the beach as they were left up for 2 & 3 days.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The pool stayed clean. With everything on one resort it was easy to experience Lake Havasu.

The rooms did have a foul smell when you first walk in after a while you just get immune to it. I wish they would plan the rooms better based on accessibility for the disabled. I felt like we had to walk very far with a wheelchair to get to the other side of the resort where there is limited wheelchair access.

I am sure because of the difficulty in the Nation as well as the fact that it was the July 4th weekend, they may have been understaffed for daily cleaning and refreshing the rooms. I did not see the Text that was sent that we had to request a room freshening.

The French dip and fries was very good.The service was great ,very friendly.The views were amazing.I felt I made the right choice choosing this resort.Their isn’t maid service,so that was a little disappointing,also I didn’t see a safe.The balcony overlooking the lake was a wonderful way to start the day.Our room was very large ,actually with a tv room.Unfortunately to rent a boat was a problem because it’s a separate business which means the resort doesn’t know what marina is doing.It’s just a walk away,but it took three times to go there before we could find someone.The location is a plus,the pool on the lake is wonderful.Yes,we enjoyed our stay.

If it was my business I would hire an interior decorator to give it the WOW factor.The tub looked dingy.If possible buy the marina.

We like the misters they had at the outside bars and pool area. Excellent pool vibes with cool music playing. The beach was so much fun to have your jet ski part at the dock and then having big trash bags to put all your trash in was excellent.

Only thing was set up of the room how there’s no division and the bathroom is dead center between two areas.

The waiter and waitress were frustrated because not enough staff. And every time we asked for food items they were out. And it took for ever to get our order then it took for ever to get our meal. We ordered fries for an appetizer and we got hardly any for one person. Once the food arrived finally it was very good.

We always enjoy our time at the Nautical. This trip was even better, since we had alot of family with us and the staff were able to get our rooms assigned very near each other, very much appreciated. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and stock well. Since it was October, there was not a large crowd. The lake was smooth and perfect all weekend. We noticed alot of improvements in progress and are looking forward to seeing what is added....

Our grandkids were interested in the pool, but a bit chilly for them, no ones fault, just the time of year.

The pool and location of this place is amazing! Everything you need is right there wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The hotel staff and bartenders at pool were awesome! The grounds are amazing and well taken care of.

Service at restaurants was mediocre. Beds aren’t the comfiest I’ve slept in. Back was definitely killing me by the end of the week sleeping in bed. But I have also been in worse. Bathroom is definitely small but it gets the job done. It is a older hotel but from what I understand one of the originals in Havasu so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing. Still well taken care of.

The volume did not work and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. The lights in the room didn't work.

The refrigerators were not cleaned by GUIDAQ Give Me the room at 4 p.m. and Until 5:50 p.m. Towel or sheet trash bags on the door from the first day until I left.

Pool is heated. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Room was clean. On-site food and drink is pretty good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Security walks the grounds on a regular basis. The location doesn't get much better!

Beds are uncomfortable. Late night noise from partying neighbors made sleep difficult. Noise control should be a thing at 2am. We moved to an upstairs room after 2 bad nights of sleep. The walls are thin and the floors are hard so the dance party going on upstairs sounds likes its in your own room. The check-in process could use some work. During 2 recent trips the rooms were not ready at the 4pm check-in and we did not receive a text notification as promised which means we had to make our way to the front desk a few times to check on the status and then eventually get our room keys. Fortunately the pool and bar are nearby so it wasn't a deal breaker but some other guests were very, very frustrated with the process.
