I like the location it was about a 5 minute drive to the lake to dock are boat and the State park to go hang out in the Ramadas and water were even closer then that. We were able to walk to London Bridge and go and hang out at Kokomo Beach Club. There is a Big 5 literally across the street and there is a Starbucks and Chipotle walking distance also. The rooms were clean and cozy. A good size for the 5 of us. Which was my husband and I and are 3 kids 7yrs, 13yrs, and 19yrs old. We booked the King Suite with pull out sofa bed. They had breakfast in the morning which was pancakes, bagels, cereal, muffins, orange juice, and coffee. The staff is super friendly and accommodated us when we needed a parking for are boat. Thank you to the staff! This is where we will be staying every time we visit Lake Havasu!

The only thing I did not like was our bath tub did not drain, but my husband and I stayed the weekend before just the two of us and we had the same room and we did not have any problems. Just a minor fix. There is nothing else we did not like!

The rooms were clean and spacious - the beds were comfortable, and the hotel staff was just as nice as could be. The continental breakfast was a refreshing treat every morning. The area was safe and quiet. We walked down to the London Bridge / area and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere at night to eat and drink and just take in the beauty of all the lights. People were so friendly and fun. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel at night/dark. I have lived in Arizona 60 yrs out of 65 and had never been to Lake Havasu - it is a must see especially at Christmas time the London Bridge is so beautiful and the walks and hikes along the waters are so peaceful.

That we had to leave

The room seemed quite clean and well prepared for guests. I always check for bedbugs but found none. My husband enjoyed the TV and it was pretty quiet - we were back from the highway so that helped too. Staff was delightful and have promised to return my deposit this coming week.

I tried the coffee and it was awful. Not a fan of those pods - next time I'll bring a pour over. The guy who checked me in did not tell us where we could have parked closer - my husband is disabled - but perhaps I didn't state that clearly. We were tired and upset about something unrelated to the facility.

Good but simple breakfast. Good muffins. Good location! The bed was very good.

we had a suite and it was fantastic, lounge area separate to bedroom, kitchen/fridge space, perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great location just 5 minutes from London Bridge and the recommendations for local food were spot on. It was only a flying visit breaking up a long drive but would definitely recommend if you were passing through or staying in the area. Could see it being quite loud area in the summer or spring breaks as a lot of party boats by the lake but we went between and it was lovely and serene

Nothing to not like really, quite small parking area when people are there with boats on trailers but they do limit how many there are so hopefully it wouldn't become an issue at other times of the year.

The room was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchenette is fully stocked for those needing an extended stay location. The hotel is near many stores and restaurants. There is sufficient parking for vehicles and boats. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The continental breakfast had many selections to start the day.

We don't have any complaints based on our stay.

thanks for having some healthy eggs for breakfast. coffee was fairly good. but only two choices for tea. I drove a long way and was ready for a rest. my room was clean and quiet. other guests were respectfully quiet. the folks that made my stay pleasant are treasures. walk to the London Bridge, the nearby island park, and dining areas is close-by.

hmm, well finding bad stuff was not my goal, so no points here.

Great location, lots if food options around and close to the beaches. Very clean and comfortable room. Had plenty of towels for us all and extra blankets for the pull out couch as well as dishes in the kitchenette which cane in handy!

We traveled with our kids who slept on the pull out bed but it was kind of hard trying to share one TV between 2 common areas.

The staff was friendly and helpful

I thought the couch turned into a sleeper-my grandson wanted to spend the night with me-we went to take the sofa apart to make it into a bed and when we took the cushions off their was a used tampon under the cushion-disgusting

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The rooms are big and accommodate all our needs. The location is extremely convenient and close to everywhere we frequent. The hotel and pool area is clean and well kept. I love everything about this hotel.
