The rooms were clean and spacious - the beds were comfortable, and the hotel staff was just as nice as could be. The continental breakfast was a refreshing treat every morning. The area was safe and quiet. We walked down to the London Bridge / area and enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere at night to eat and drink and just take in the beauty of all the lights. People were so friendly and fun. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel at night/dark. I have lived in Arizona 60 yrs out of 65 and had never been to Lake Havasu - it is a must see especially at Christmas time the London Bridge is so beautiful and the walks and hikes along the waters are so peaceful.

The room seemed quite clean and well prepared for guests. I always check for bedbugs but found none. My husband enjoyed the TV and it was pretty quiet - we were back from the highway so that helped too. Staff was delightful and have promised to return my deposit this coming week.

I tried the coffee and it was awful. Not a fan of those pods - next time I'll bring a pour over. The guy who checked me in did not tell us where we could have parked closer - my husband is disabled - but perhaps I didn't state that clearly. We were tired and upset about something unrelated to the facility.

Good but simple breakfast. Good muffins. Good location! The bed was very good.

we had a suite and it was fantastic, lounge area separate to bedroom, kitchen/fridge space, perfectly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great location just 5 minutes from London Bridge and the recommendations for local food were spot on. It was only a flying visit breaking up a long drive but would definitely recommend if you were passing through or staying in the area. Could see it being quite loud area in the summer or spring breaks as a lot of party boats by the lake but we went between and it was lovely and serene

Nothing to not like really, quite small parking area when people are there with boats on trailers but they do limit how many there are so hopefully it wouldn't become an issue at other times of the year.

The room was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchenette is fully stocked for those needing an extended stay location. The hotel is near many stores and restaurants. There is sufficient parking for vehicles and boats. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any needs or questions we had. The continental breakfast had many selections to start the day.

We don't have any complaints based on our stay.

thanks for having some healthy eggs for breakfast. coffee was fairly good. but only two choices for tea. I drove a long way and was ready for a rest. my room was clean and quiet. other guests were respectfully quiet. the folks that made my stay pleasant are treasures. walk to the London Bridge, the nearby island park, and dining areas is close-by.

The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Loved having a separate living space from the bedroom. Parking was easy and the location is close to the London Bridge and all the amenities you will need.

Tried to relax in the evening with a movie, show or Sports Center. Could not get the TV to work properly at first and once I did, the channel selection left a lot to be desired.

Booked a king suite with sofa, nice layout and bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator had a freezer section to chill ice packs. Pool & hot tub were open. Good location, close to London Bridge. Breakfast was continental style, but good selection with hard-boiled eggs and big coffee & hot water dispenser.

Keurig in room did not work properly. Maybe go back to more traditional type coffee maker would be better, Keurig seem to break down after several years of daily use.

Breakfast was fine. Your add said view of lake and unfortunately that's not true the growth of your once beautiful city has been ruined by your city officials. Too bad!

you need to update your advertisements too a better description of your Suites. I still would have stayed but knowing I have no view of lake or the stars think twice before coming back to your city!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was only toast and bagels, and instant oatmeal. no proteins. No eggs or meats. Not even yogurt. We checked in late the night before and check in went fine, but the person at the desk was not very friendly. The bathroom tile near the shower was buckling up.
