We stayed at this hotel 2 days ago. I loved the hotel. Everything was new, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The two days we were there they changed the menu so it wasn't the same. The staff was very friendly, always trying to help. The same goes for the people who work making sure everything is okay at breakfast and also the people at the reception. Marcy helped me a lot and it was very special. I will definitely return to that hotel and I will also recommend it to my friends.

The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the biscuits and gravy! Rooms were well maintained and cheerfully decorated.

1) The front desk lady (Martina) was a bit rude at first and not friendly or helpful. 2) there was no shade structure for parking. Temperature was 118 degrees. 3) no adult beverages

Fantastic Hotel. Far and away the nicest in Bullhead City. Every time I visit (every 2 months) I stay here. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are super clean. And, the location is perfect, right on Hwy 95

They need to fix their Pancake machine. My sister and I laughed at how we both visited in December and now, exactly 1 month apart and the machine was broken then too.

My kids loved that they had a little frog slide in the pool. My husband and I loved how clean it was, it had breakfast for us in the morning, the walls weren’t thin where you could hear people in the hall way. The overall experience was great we would definitely recommend coming here

had to depart 5:30am so I regrettably missed bkfst. How would I rate the Free Wi-Fi? Everyone provides free wi-fi...why would one "rate" the wi-fi, unless your connection struggles?

perhaps maid and room inspector failed to notice but the coffeemaker in my room didn't work properly.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and spacious. Also, a staff member named Martha, who works the front dest, was exceptionally helpful, very attentive, and professional. The continental breakfast was amazing. The food was fresh and very tasty. Will most definitely come back again.

The AC in the pool area wasn't working properly

Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and the cinnamon rolls! Beds were super comfy, lots of pillows. Bathroom actually had towel bars.

So minor - the USB charge plugs between the beds were unusable, as they were a bit off-centered, and the cords did not fit. Plenty of other outlets in the room, so able to work with it.

The breakfast is a great deal with quality food and enjoyable. Although it would be nice to have it available later in the morning on weekends too. Some people don’t get up early and are ready in time to come down.

The complimentary coffee in the room could be better. Although a Starbucks is across the street so we went there. For a 3 night stay I was disappointed that cleaning didn’t prep the room with all the same items as other days.

Everything. Amazing value for money, with modern, clean hotel with loads of amenities for a short or longer stay. Rooms brilliantly designed by someone who actually stays in hotels, so worked perfectly. Warm welcome from staff and ample free parking on site.

Only grumble was the air con unit in the room was quite loud and seemed to have a bit of a life of its own! But could have been user error!

The most excellent service by the front desk with Marcie & Rachel. The fantastic breakfast spread each morning. The best queen beds, linens, great full size pillows & wonderful comforter. Thank you for an exceptional stay.
