The view was beautiful from our suite. Absolutely loved the big spacious shower with almost therapeutic extra mini shower heads. They felt really good on the old back. I also loved how the big screen TV swiveled so you could watch it in bed or from the couch. It was really nice that this hotel had so many entertaining things to do in it and so many places to eat at.

Outside patios need to be maintained more, lots of webs with mosquitoes in them. Sliding door kept getting jammed, it was easily fixed with some WD-40. Just be prepared to smell smoke in the hallways and everywhere when ordering smoking rooms. Febreze "touch" really helped the order in the room. So we could enjoy a more fresh smell in the room and keep the smoking outside on the patio.

Valet crew was excellent very helpful & polite I had my elderly parents with me & they opened the doors and made sure we were ok great customer service as well as check in to our rooms polite staff as well restrooms were all maintained

The server didn't come around we were playing machines for over an hour not one person came around to ask if we needed a drink you need more servers to offer drinks especially when you are playing the slot machines when I sat on the other side I was accommodated I had a great server she was a nice young lady she was the best I wish I would have got her name I made sure I would sit on the side she was on after awhile she knew my drink that I wanted to order

The mountain view

Accessing the Internet was a big challenge. Called the Operator 4 times and finally had to take my laptop, later in the evening, to have the front desk to get the Internet going. Checkout was 11am. My wife and I went to the Car Show which started at 10am. No elevator or escalator to the 3rd floor was working. It was 10:05 before we could get to the 3rd floor. We rushed through to get back to our room on time to checkout before 11am. We arrived at 10:40am and about four people were in our room cleaning it and we hadn't even checked out or removed our last bag from the room. Not good.

The view from the 24th floor was nice, and the rooms were very clean.

The young girl (she had blonde hair and her named started with an A) that checked us in was not friendly, and not helpful at all. She didn't give us directions to the room after we had walked a very long ways from our car with our luggage, and then myself, my dad and my 2 young boys wandered around the casino until another employee stopped us and gave us great directions to our room in the south tower. It was my oldest son's birthday, so this was a frustrating start to the stay, not to mention we were roomed right next to a suite that had some kind of party going on all night, so it was loud.

We went sort of skeptical because of the previous reviews. I had booked without checking them, But nothing compared to them at least on our experience. We actually went to explore other casinos and gotta say Riverside was the best one. It's super kid friendly has a bowling, cinema, arcade. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

That the 21 and over pool was alot better than the family one. Wish we could've gone in with my girls since it seemed like it had some board games and more entertainment. So upgrade the family pool PLEASE!!!!!

Our room was very clean, bed was comfy. the view was nice, and the Housekeeping Ladies were very friendly and respectful. The room was just right.

I was disappointed when we first checked in. The staff that helped us check in was very rude. I also booked a room with a view and a balcony. The view was nice but we didn't have a balcony and couldn't open our slider. Also our room was stuffy at night, our air vent was facing a wall and not the length of the room. I wasn't able to upgrade our room at the time, I was told to check back later. I wish he would of went over my reservation (what I type of room I reserved) with me first, that would of confirmed about the balcony with me. This was one of the reasons I always book with you.

I stayed in Laughlin on the way back home from the Grand Canyon. The city itself is kind of weird, but this hotel is pretty nice. My room had a comfy queen bed, ample shower, fridge, coffee maker, etc. Clean. Not much on TV (LOL). Casino and lobby area had plenty of restaurants, snack shops, bars and typical Vegas-style services and amenities. A picturesque "river walk" runs along the Colorado River outside the casino. Staff was very friendly. I was reluctant to valet park my car with the back full of camping equipment, but they took scrupulous care of it. Overall, a very good value at a special weeknight rate.

I don't really have any complaints -- for an overnight stop at an interesting on an alternative route home, this was a comfortable and worthwhile stop. There are a lot of gnats along the Riverwalk; they kind of kill the vibe. But hardly the property's fault.

I paid extra for a jr suite It was the same room as my family they just took 1 bed out and put a couch. They actually had balcony and I did not. I thought it was supposed to have one when I made reservations . 2 family members paid half what I paid for and had better rooms balcony and view Wasted my money

Had fun with family Buffet and Prime Rib were great values but disappointed in my “upgraded” Room for money I paid

Loved access to the riverwalk, food & service at the Gourmet Room was amazing & the December 63 show fantastic. All of which made for a great stay, so thank you!

This is not about what I don’t like, but what I like about your casino. I never like smoking in a casino. The smell that lingers on your clothes, but what I really liked about the Riverside was the non-smoking casino area. This was an area where my husband and I could gamble and have some cocktails without having to deal with the smell from smoking, that I really appreciated.

The room and view were nice. The room itself was clean. Liked that it had a fridge. The beds were comfy. Housekeeping was great and immediately responded to our requests.

The view was nice, but the window was dirty and smudged. The wi-fi barely worked and sometimes not at all. The hallway outside the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Instructions on the room safe were vague and couldn't get it to work. Wasn't sure if I had to pay to use it because one of the options was to swipe your credit card to operate it. The bathtub was missing the shower curtain. Called desk and had it installed immediately.
