Property was okay, like a lot we stayed at well used and in need of some tlc We weren’t paying a fortune burr you still expect certain standard some didn’t even. I understand it’s a tough environment at the moment. We only stopped 1 night at most places so we just excepted it.

Looks tired you can clean all you want that doesn’t make it look better. Like I said not only this motel a few need updating. We was asked by a few members of staff to leave a 5 star review. That really isn’t fair when people traveling want an honest review. A few places we stayed at were 5 star on booking . Co. THEY ARE NOT 5 star. We didn’t expect the ritz for the money we paid but 5 star means 5 star in our experience.

I'm on a bicycle, so I'm always looking for ground floor rooms. They did everything possible to make that happen for me. It doesn't happen often but the staff was very friendly and very talkative, and we even enjoyed a couple of good laughs while enjoying the delicious breakfast they had put out for the guest. I will definitely be heading towards that Hotel the next time I'm in the area.

by mistake I had booked for the day after my arrival, there was no way to move the reservation to the night before or cancel it, I don't know if it's the fault of booking or the fault of the structure, but in the end to avoid throwing it away I stayed for two nights for the money and all in all the place was very nice and the staff were very friendly. I had a good time I was able to put my bicycle in the room and for me it is very important, and the staff was very kind throughout

I am traveling with my small dog and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The rooms are very clean with vinyl wood floors, and my bed was comfortable. I slept well. It's very hot in Needles right now and I had the AC on all night on low, and I heard nothing from outside. Sam is the best day manager I've met in my travels. A ray of sunshine in the day. She made a little treat for my dog and got ice for my traveling cup. I will return.

Clean rooms with very comfortable beds, fridge and food shower. Very friendly staff who genuinely care about your stay.

Location is not great; like all motels in Needles it's between the freeway and railway tracks. Also the room advertised as a Suite is actually quite poor; a smaller main room and smaller somewhat pointless second room with 2 chairs and a low table. We changed to a standard room which was far better.

The STAFF was exceptional, friendly, attentive to all travelers needs to make them comfortable. This is an older property that the owners have renovated, it was clean had all the amenities needed for our one night at a very affordable price! The bed was comfortable for weary travelers who needed a good night sleep. Several restaurants within walking distance, we tried the Chinese it was good. Great value !

We enjoy the windows open but in Needles the trains are everywhere! So if you a light sleeper don’t have windows open!

Perfect location for us doing Route 66. We had dinner at the Wagon Wheel, also located on Historic Route 66 and very close to the motel. The food there was very good. Our room was spacious and clean, and the lady at the reception was super nice and friendly! Lots of free parking.

Breakfast wasn't as generous as in other motels we've been to, but still good!

My family of five stayed in a 3 bed suite. Room 207. It has one king bed and two queens. The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. The area is quiet at night. No smoking allowed on the property, which I appreciate.

I disliked having to lug all my things upstairs. But that's not the properties fault that I packed so much lol.

The staff was very friendly, check in/out went very smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. There are some great food options nearby, ask for recommendations, the staff know where the good ones are. And breakfast was simple but great.

Just be aware there are some rails nearby and a lot of cargo trains,which can be a bit noisy.

The owners were just fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful. The ice machine was broken during our stay, But they made ice and backed it up just for customers. That is going above and beyond in my eyes, Especially because it was 115 Degrees outside.

Our room was very hot, AC could not keep up.
