The room was very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed that there was more than just 2 coffees in the room. Most of the other Resorts only leave 1 or 2 coffees for the Guest usually 1-regular & 1-de-caf. I prefer regular and there were actually 4 I was very pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable and i had a nice view of the River as well as the Mountains. The Front Desk Staff as well as the Valet were all very friendly.

I'm not sure if it was my phone or my carrier but I couldn't send or receive text messages anywhere on the property inside or outside ? That's the only thing I didn't like. I tried to connect to the WI-FI unfortunately it still couldn't send or receive texts I couldn't even let Valet know I was ready for my vehicle until I gave them my ticket #.

Very comfortable bed, very clean rooms and main facility. Great food in pasta restaurant. Good breakfast in cafe. Easy checkout. Nice staff when i asked a question

I would like a facilities map on your tv screen. You probably want us to walk all around, but a map so we knew which direction to find, like the pasta restaurant. We can’t be around smoking, so that wasn’t good. But filtration system was good, not big gamblers anymore so we were overwhelmed by the macho es. Deterred us from dropping a few bucks. But, we’re old…ya know can’t teach old dogs new tricks. Ha

The hotel is is in a great location with river views from certain locations. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were good. The staff at check in were nice and easy to talk to.

It's not that we didn't like anything, but the non smoking tower we stayed in did not have its own connected parking structure, so the walk to the car and back was much longer, which was parked in the outside lot, and hot due to the time of year we were there.

Loved the location and view of the river. Casino is so nice and all the employees were awesome. We went to Harras casino just to check it out and it was not friendly at all. The person at the bar only attended to regulars it seemed like and wouldn’t ask if we needed anything else. Food was amazing and the prices were reasonable.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. Everything and everyone was excellent.

Two dedicated phones outside the entrance to get directly connected to the two taxis companies operating the area.

Only two taxis operating the whole area and virtually no Uber or anything else. So getting to and from the airport can be a problem. Off season there simply are no options beyond the two drivers and during season there might be more but then it will be much more crowded.

I originally Booked a King Size Bed, But got 2 Queen Size Beds, No Problem. I understand Over Booking for King Size Bed.

But the Queen Size Bed was as Hard as a rock. Only One Extra Blanket. Prices of Stuff in Gift Shop WHAY TO HIGH, $18.00 for a Disposal Razor. Why so High?

This is a good place to stay compared to some of the other hotels and resorts in the area I stayed at the Edgewater one time and one time only with all the dust and the sewer smell at the Edgewater the next day was at Aquarius and I have been staying there every since what a great place

The restaurant closes too early. Furniture is a little dated

We had a small water leak issue in our room. When I called the front desk, they were very quick to move us to another room, offer a bell man to help with luggage, and refund one nights resort fee. All good !

Large room. Decent view (street, mountains and a little river). Comfortable bed with lots of pillows.

In room coffee - the coffee pot worked once then did'nt. Room service responded quickly but the second pot leaked. They try to fix the cheap pots from the different rooms but are obviously unsuccessful.

Hotel was centralize, clean rooms, friendly staff. The boat cruise we took, was just below the hotel. The food at the hotel was very delicious. Had a very good time.

We stayed 3 nights but the room was not clean by housekeeping once but that's all.
